“My brand new 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6 only had 1,000 miles on it and was hit in a parking lot on the right corner of the rear bumper. The person that hit my car left their name and number, which I was thankful for, but I had to get the car fixed. I got a couple of estimates, but I really liked Gittemeier and decided to have them repair my new car. The car needed a new bumper and to have it painted. They were able to get my car done in just 1 day and the most impressive part to me was it came to be cheaper than the original estimate given. I felt they were super down to earth and honest. The work was excellent, the paint matches perfectly, and the car looks good as new. I found out the guy I was talking to there the whole time was the owner, which was really awesome to know he is so involved in the day-to-day work there. I had an awesome experience there and would highly recommend them for auto body work!”

“Ok first this car is my baby! Ok this place is freaking awesome! My car was in an accident they took care of the insurance stuff and they did a great more then I expected job. They stayed after a bit for estimate I had to work that day. The damage to my car was bad. They are all very nice. I did my homework before I choose them. 4.9 rate and people they been in this business for 40+ years I mean come on. And a Ma and pa place in my community no brainer for me. They detailed my card too and shined her up. When I saw her I cried I literally cried. He told me he love the wheels and detailed them. Thank you so much for fixing my Snow White! She is new again. “First let me say that Matt at Rick's Auto Body is kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
This is our go to place for almost 20 years and about 5 incidents. When on the road a lot, driving from O'Fallon to Ferguson or Arnold daily and doing weekend shows in all kinds of weather, one tends to experience some things. So we've gotten to know these good folks and have always been satisfied, never displeased. Today they were again gracious and helped me with a parking lot scratch.
