My wife and I recently purchased a brand new Ford Expedition from Pundmann Ford, and our experience couldn’t have been better, thanks entirely to our sales rep, Jack Schellenger.
We originally planned to buy a used Expedition, but after doing some research, we realized that purchasing a new one was going to be a better option for us. So, we decided to visit Pundmann Ford to check out their lineup of new Expeditions.
From the moment we walked in, Jack greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions.
As anyone who has bought a new car knows, the process can take some time, but Jack and the rest of the Pundmann team made every minute of it enjoyable. Jack was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. We were especially impressed with how much time he spent with us, showing us how to make the most of all of the features our new car had to offer.
We left that day not only with a beautiful new Expedition, but also with total confidence that we made the right choice, both in vehicle and dealership. “My brand new 2024 Toyota Camry XSE V6 only had 1,000 miles on it and was hit in a parking lot on the right corner of the rear bumper. The person that hit my car left their name and number, which I was thankful for, but I had to get the car fixed. I got a couple of estimates, but I really liked Gittemeier and decided to have them repair my new car. The car needed a new bumper and to have it painted. They were able to get my car done in just 1 day and the most impressive part to me was it came to be cheaper than the original estimate given. I felt they were super down to earth and honest. The work was excellent, the paint matches perfectly, and the car looks good as new. I found out the guy I was talking to there the whole time was the owner, which was really awesome to know he is so involved in the day-to-day work there. I had an awesome experience there and would highly recommend them for auto body work!”

Our family was driving through, having just been to a Cardinals game. We live in Columbia (about 90 minutes away), and our alternator went out. We made it to an exit, but couldn’t drive any further than a parking lot.
Brenda Gordon, from this location (6798 State Rd N, St. Charles MO) was so kind and gracious, bringing the alternator to us. Actually, she made TWO trips, when husband discovered he did not have one tool he needed. She went back to store, got the tool, and even brought us waters. It was probably 95 outside.
What an amazing, out of the way kindness she showed us! We are forever grateful for her generosity! Please give this woman recognition for going above and beyond to help customers.

“Ok first this car is my baby! Ok this place is freaking awesome! My car was in an accident they took care of the insurance stuff and they did a great more then I expected job. They stayed after a bit for estimate I had to work that day. The damage to my car was bad. They are all very nice. I did my homework before I choose them. 4.9 rate and people they been in this business for 40+ years I mean come on. And a Ma and pa place in my community no brainer for me. They detailed my card too and shined her up. When I saw her I cried I literally cried. He told me he love the wheels and detailed them. Thank you so much for fixing my Snow White! She is new again. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! AAAAAAA+++++”
“First let me say that Matt at Rick's Auto Body is kind, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
This is our go to place for almost 20 years and about 5 incidents. When on the road a lot, driving from O'Fallon to Ferguson or Arnold daily and doing weekend shows in all kinds of weather, one tends to experience some things. So we've gotten to know these good folks and have always been satisfied, never displeased. Today they were again gracious and helped me with a parking lot scratch.

“Ken at this location was amazing and went above and beyond in my opinion! I chose this Auto Zone location because it scored highest on Yelp compared to the other two nearby locations. I have a 2015 Camry with headlight covers so worn that it's hard to see at night on dark roads (unless using bright setting). I can get the headlamp assembly replacements for roughly $100 online but two different shops quoted me roughly $350 for labor (due to necessity of removing bumper). Ken came out to my car to see how much is actually involved to reach the headlight assemblies. He brought out his ratchet set. He spent enough time to give a reasonable estimate of 1.5 hours total for the entire job. So, $350 definitely sounds overpriced! I can see why this location has such a high customer service rating. (I will mention that the other young man, who actually rang up the reasonably priced restorer kit Ken suggested - $15! - was not very personable, but Ken more than made up for that, so I am going with 5 stars!”
