This is not the place you want to go for a phone. They have no clue what they are doing there. Beware. Ryan will Jack your account up and deny it. He actual close the store so he didn’t have to deal with our account. Ryan literally hides from you if he screws up your account. Which he is guarantee to do. Don’t go here. It’s not even a real AT&T store.

Newest store in Ofallon. Had the greatest experience!! On my lunch break Mike not only helped me with fixing the issue with my watch he helped me upgrade to a new one!! We had a great time, fun conversation, he was super knowledgeable and he had me in and out in an appropriate amount of time!!

I had a great experience at the Monticello AT&T last week! Morgan was the worker who helped me. She was very kind to me & knowledgeable about the products and services AT&T offers. She even showed me multiple features on my iPhone I didn’t even know were there. I left a happy customer. Thanks Morgan! ?

I bought a phone there Monday 2/22/21. They said it would work out here. I do not get any bars. I took it back and they would not refund any money. Said because I got prepaid plan, I could not refund on plan. They could give me refund on phone, but the restocking fee was $55.I spent about $69. on phone was told my best bet was to try and sell it somewhere. Now I am out 115.
