I had two partials and they did such a great job . I needed two teeth filled and they look fantastic and without any pain .i had two really awful dentist and I was very happy to go to someone that did such a great job. Thanks for changing my mind on how a dentist is supposed to do work without being in pain.

Thank you for your services! I am most grateful that Aspen Dental has provisions for those without dental insurance, for it truly helped me. The staff is sweet, knowledgeable, and I appreciated how they learned how to say my name correctly. Most importantly, I am most grateful to the dentists who took the time to teach and treat the pain I was having in a timely manner.

This was my first time coming there, I was happy when I left because I'm getting a new smile! Haven't smiled in a long time and was please what He is about to do for me. I thought I didn't have insurance, but I found it when I got home, I'll be calling first thing in the morning! The thing that got me was even though I thought I didn't have insurance they were still willing to work with me and that just Blessed my soul. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!

I called Aspen on an emergency basis because of sudden pain and swelling in my mouth/jaw. My partner had a great experience with them, so I figured I'd give them a try. From the moment I called to leaving the building - even with insurance being pesky - everyone was extremely kind and sympathetic to my position. Dr. D was even going to get rid of the problem tooth, and preventively get rid of another one, right then in the office until he suspected infection. Now I have antibiotics and a referral to an oral surgeon! I can't wait to get these wisdom teeth taken care of and then start working on getting my smile back. Thank you to everyone at Aspen!

The experts at Aspen Dental St. Charles Mo assisted me with obtaining a much-needed nighttime mouth guard. In every way, from the front office, to the tech assistants, to the doctors themselves, everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Aspen Dental for their kindness, thoroughness, expertise, and attention to patient needs. They are a great team working together to make the patient comfortable and secure. I’m so pleased with the results and would recommend them for any and all dental services and procedures.

Staff interactions were all great. They were very helpful in getting everything set up quickly for my severe pain. Upfront about options and costs. Dr. D is the nicest and most calm dentist I've ever had. Very positive experience.

Great experience! Broke my tooth in half Wednesday night before a camping trip on Friday morning. They got me in Thursday morning for an emergency root canal. Dr. Kroni and assistant Kila did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and pain free through the whole thing. Enjoyed my camping trip without any pain! 2 weeks later went back to have the permanent crown put on and again Dr. Kroni and assistant Jay showed the same amount of consideration and attention to detail as the first visit. Great job guys!!

Starting at the front desk she was so helpful and even helped me figure out my insurance policy. Then I got introduced to Jay Omg such a helpful Angel I was so freaking nervous being my first time at a dentist office and I had to get a tooth pulled. Then the most nicest most understanding Doctor I ever meet his name is Dr.Marcel Kroni he made my anxiety go away his entire staff is awesome. I’m so glad and grateful I found this Dentist office.

I’m only giving them two stars because miss Shirley at the front and the lady that did my X-rays were so nice! My first apt here was free, exam and xray. I wasn’t told I needed a medical release from my dr prior to coming so I called at 8:15 and got that sent over. At 11am I called aspen to verify and they said they didn’t receive it so I would have to reschedule. It was my mistake I put a 1 instead of 7 for the fax but It was still 15 mins before my arrival time and my apt wasn’t till 11:30 plus I was already there! So miss Shirley talked to them and allowed me to come in. I needed to use the restroom first, that’s where I noticed hair on the ground, dead bugs and it just looked dirty. Then, upon walking back to the room the floors were filthy with pieces of trash everywhere. When the dr came in he was barley in with me for 3 mins. I was informed I had a cavity prior by another debris but he said it’s just stains and must have went away ? I wasn’t about to argue with him but he did make me feel he was being defensive instead of just explaining. I wouldn’t even come here in my insurance covered it. Then there was a big ordeal trying to get a statement that I was here and what the appointment consisted of and the dr I saw. Dr Kroni. Will not be coming back and I hope they clean up their office. And Susan was very rude and acted like I was an inconvience and she didn’t want to even be there. Thank you Miss Shirley for making things halfway pleasant :) they asked me to do a review.. so here it is.

I had a lot of work done and the entire staff was wonderful! I highly recommend these guys. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done, worked with me for the financing, made sure I was comfortable. I just can't say enough good about them. I'll be going there from now on:) Thank you all for helping me smile again!

Dr.Kroni did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him for any dental surgery very outspoken and knowledgeable and explains everything that he’s doing to make your visit great they are five star’s

Whatever you do, don't go here. They are a mega-corporation that couldn't care less about your health and prey on the impoverished. Just google the several class action lawsuits against Aspen Dental - I wish I had before trusting them with my care. These scammers pose as professionals, suggesting extreme plan-of-care for issues that only need simple, more affordable treatments.I was told I needed a traumatizing, invasive, and painful procedure (root canal) for something that could be remedied simply with sensitivity treatments. I was told this would fix my pain/sensitivity immediately. Directly after care and several months later, my initial complaint remains. Not only was my issue left untreated, but I am now stuck with additional pain from their "immediate fix."On top of that madness, when I try to obtain my imaging for another dentist to fix their botched job, they give me the hardest time and tell me they can't send it to me. It is a legal right under Hippa to have access to any and all imaging from dental/medical treatment. Don't let them tell you otherwise.When I went back to my previous, trusted Dentist (I moved away and made the drive just to see someone I trusted after this nightmare), they referred to Aspen Dental as "the butchershop." Save yourself and your family - stay far away.

I wish I didnt have to give any stars. The service once in the managers office (Rozalyn Porter Office Manager- 4306) to discuss pricing was absolutely awful. The lack of understanding and empathy about finances and the insulting conversations she had with us as if how we felt did not matter was extremely unprofessional. Not only were we hit with almost $15k bill if me and my fiance were to have both our teeth worked on, Rozalyn made sure to laugh and tell us "Well then you don't have to come here" when we were trying to figure out how we could afford it, in which my response was that we would not and we got up and walked out. I was told on the phone when I made my consultation appointment that there were 3 different plans of MOTTO to choose from. This is their knock off version of Invisalign. They stated that the cost for MOTTO started out at $1800 but that it would no matter what be 50% off what the InvisalignEssential cost which is normally $5040. THIS IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. This would be that the most expensive plan should cost $2520. When I explained this phone conversation to Rozalyn she dismissed it and told me that the only plan they offer is the Complete plan which would cost us over $4000. I wanted to pay in full .I showed her the website as well what it says and her response was "Aspens call centers don't work in our office and don't know the plans we offer", as if it's not listed on the website the exact way the person I spoke with explained. I even showed her how even though that Aspen is privately owned, no where on the website or phone calls I had does it say that prices may vary depending on the location. There was no empathy, no attempt to work with us financially other than trying to make me fill out a credit application which I refused to do based off the way she was treating us, and Rozalyn rudely wouldn't look at us and kept smirking and laughing as if us being there was a joke. This was the worst health care/dental experience we have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE.
