Workers arefriendly & helpful.They are not intrusive either, like so many business places are today. I really appreciate their laid back, yet responsible demeanor and eagerness to help.

The banker was very knowlegeable about the products. Opening an account was easy. My drive thru experience was good.I would reccommend Regions bank to family and friends.

I always go thru the drive threw to deposit money into my son account from my debit card. Apparently the other tellers was doing a courtesy for good customer service. Shirley kept saying I follow the rules. She was totally ignorant about the situation. I guess that's why the reviews are only a 1 star at the region. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUES!!!!!

They never answer their phone. Frustrating! Not everyone can walk into he bank. Whoever runs this place should be removed.

I have never *tried* to use a bank so customer unfriendly, uncooperative, and money hungry.$18 monthly fees on a young adults bank account that doesn't even take in 20k a year and unwilling to waive them.You can't activate a debit card without an online account, can't open an online account without a debit card, customer service is hopelessly lost.Just use any other bank and save yourself the hassle and money.

Tried to open a bank account here once before but no one returned my call. Then you go in and Latoya is too busy using her job as social hour to actually serve anyone. Guess it's on to another bank, let the people who have an hour to wait for staff keep coming here.
