This Enterprise in St Ann MO is by far the best of all. The customer service is a 10. The staff is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I will always use this location for my rental needs.

I was renting from Enterprise for over 3 years. Started at the downtown location and was later called by to rent from the St Ann location by their current manager Darnell who use to work at the downtown location (but finally became a manager at the St Ann location). WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! He will wheel you in by saying he will honor different prices. He did that for so long but Im going to assume it was until he gave up trying to have sexual advances with customers and us not being interested. Recently rented a car and he tried to pull a fast one under my nose but I caught it same day. My rental rate that I booked was 250$/week which is what I paid including a 300$ deposit to leave with the car. But this specific day I didnt have to sign off on anything or nothing which raised a red flag. He decided to leave a rental agreement face down in the car rather than having me sign the tablet or any paperwork that and that read that my rate was 430$ a week. Which was wrong!! He tried to play like he didnt know when I asked about it. But after showing him what he left in my car he then switched it to the area manager called and changed the price AFTER I left. But if that was the case HOW did paperwork read something different. I recorded him when I went back to the office and he was supposed to email me a copy of the corrected agreement. He stated he did but it never came to my email. I get my rental agreements emailed all the time . But this specific time it was just magically having issues. I worked with Corporate one day on this and never got a call back within the turn around time stated. Luckily, I recorded that call too. The things going on or being done under the table by this manager its the very reason Enterprise is losing customers. I refused to make a payment of 430$/week when I left with the understanding that based on the current rate and availability shown when I booked that the price was 250$/week. If you go to this location, WATCH DARNELL. & the people that work under him is like his puppets. They do as he says and leaves it as that. The whole office needs to be investigated. I recently got an lawyer that is now working on suing them for the constant attempts to charge my card on unauthorized charges. For them towing the car away without notice and then just closing my ticket yesterday. I was told I owed 420$. But I had 2 tried transactions of 380$ then yesterday 100$ before they closed that ticket. DARNELL YOUR NOT GONNA GET ANOTHER DIME OUT OF ME. Since I was unable to get back in contact with their corporate office it seems like the calls have been constant now that I have a attorney. TOO LATE ! Enterprise thinking they are going to get another dime out of me is crazy!!! By the way HERTZ has a great deal of 209$/week for a FULL SIZE car and so far I have not had to deal with no sketchy or weird money hungry managers that thinks that its ok to make sexual advances with their customers and try to charge them more for not being interested in them. Great customer service. Policies dont change! & they communicate well with their customers.

Very happy with my experience. Originally went with this location because this is where the insurance company directed me, but continued using their rental beyond insurance coverage because of the customer service and fair price. A hiccup occurred while in possession of the rental and they were extremely efficient and generous when finding a solution. I was more than satisfied. I’ll choose this location next time I need a rental for any reason.

While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at a local vendor, I received a good customer service experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on St. Charles Rock Rd.The vehicle choices were limited.As a customer who's been in a collision with a Progressive client who was at fault, I was happy to be in something that was similar to what I was already driving.One caveat, I didn't know that I needed to provide a credit card for a $50.00 fee that would be refunded to me AFTER the insurance company released the confirmation (??). Alright, I was hit by a speeding driver, and it's not costing me, but I need to put up fifty bucks. Could be worse, I suppose.Darnell Butler, branch manager, took care of me with a modern, spacious, clean Chrysler mini van. I was pleased with its smooth, responsive drive and handling.Once my vehicle was ready, I just needed to go pick it up and leave the Enterprise rental with the vendor. That was simple and carefree. Thanks, Darnell and the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team on St. Charles Rock Rd.

Recently, I used this location to get a rental car for my mother.They were very helpful and kind to her and made the renting process in conjunction with our insurance company easy.After she returned the rental car, they were even kind enough to drop her off at home.Shout out to Darnell, Chuck and Luke.Thank you for your service guys.

I had a terrible experience. My week was already atrocious- my car has been stolen and I had a concert 5 hours away so I was already upset I had to purchase a rental. the friend I was visiting with gave me her code to get a discount on rentals and it came out to be 150 for my trip- awesome. I get there and they ask me for my badge for this work place- obviously I didn't work there and have never rented a car before so wasn't sure how that worked. because I wasn't a employee my new price came out to be 500 dollars. I was besides myself- calling my husband trying to figure out how I could afford this. my friend said her family uses this code all the time with no problems. the girl working was kind- she then dropped my price 100 dollars for some discount... still weird that it seems to be all about money but I do not blame this on her. I decide to bite the bullet because I need to get on the road. I pull up a utility bill. a gentlemen comes in while the lady helps a customer outside- and says the new total is 430 (something) and I was confused because she just told me it would be 30 dollars cheaper. he tells me he is the general store manager. I give him my card really disappointed with the price but having to pay it, and he tells me "cant use that card because it says debit". a debit card...I left crying and called my husband to figure out what the hell is going on and why this is so difficult. I went back in to figure out what he meant by that because the site says you can use debit- he said I needed to show him a utility bill. I explained I already had done that. we move forward and he asks if he could upgrade me to a Nissan or Toyota (which is already what I alotted for. no upgrade there but whatever) I tell him whatever it is so I can leave. we get to the car and insists on me signing for the protection. he says everyone here bought it and I have to. I told him I already have full protection on my insurance and this isn't needed. he tells me "well you clicked that you wanted this on your reservation". I did not. even though I was hysterically crying the last hour spent here, he still had the nerve to try and convince this to me. the problem was, he wasn't even selling. he was charging me for something I didn't even ask for. which is exactly why the cost came out to be 30 dollars more than when the lady rang me up. it was so disgusting to have an experience where clearly its all about money, no empathy or care to work with your customers. when I returned the car the same guy was there. he asked me for my satisfaction and I said I wasn't. he explained I was a "red flag" because I didn't work for that place or have a utility bill. which I did have the bill and I just wasn't aware of that sort of policy. I also brought my husband's credit card (as a second option to pay, again had no idea what it was like to rent a car. we also had rented one a couple weeks back from them so I didn't think that'd be a problem since were in the system together). he kept trying to convince me what I did was wrong but really it was his lack of attention and customer service skills that caused this bad review. I had this car July 20-24th. thank you.

I'm a senior citizen and I was devastated to have to rent a car while my car needed to be repaired, however Chuck and Luke where compassionate in understanding that their customers had already experienced a loss and made sure to make sure that my rental was what I was accustomed to. Thanks guys for your superb customer service ?? ??

If I could give 0 stars I would. Darell in management is the most disrespectful, condescending, and rude person I have ever. I can not believe the treatment I received and due to that I will never again spend my money with enterprise. I’m currently trying to contact corporate.

Do not rely on this place to give you a ride after they say they will. I called earlier in the day and asked if they would pick me up from a specific shop to get my rental. I was told yes they would, all I had to do was call them when I got to the shop. Went to call them to pick me up and was told that they didn’t have a driver, and that I was too far to pick up. I asked why I was told otherwise and was told the person is new and didn’t know better.

They have very bad customer service skills. They talk to you crazy and try to have a tone to back you down. There's no need to have a confirmation number They will still give your car away. They close at 5:30 but they tell you to call at 3:30 but the car went to someone else then they day call at 5pm then it's been two day's playing games with these people. Still don't have a car. But don't go to these hood people

My great friend Darnell and his assistant Mikayla were extremely helpful. Made this a pleasant experience. Accommodated me with anything that I needed. Highly recommend using them any time you have any car rental needs! They were the best :)!

I made a reservation a week in advance to find that no cars were available when I arrived. It's not great flying half way across the country to find that your reservation didn't mean anything and you have to scramble to find another car. Shout out to Avis for helping me out with that one. No assistance was offered beyond being told that there was no car for me.
