“Found the golf shirts I was looking for, was looking for white golf shorts but couldn't find any. Store was clean and well organized, but could use a few more working price scanners. I always check the price of everything I buy. Will shop here again at the bridgeton store”

“Pleasant experience! I loved getting tailored like a Barbie doll in the cute little platform in the dressing room, and the seamstress was very kind, as well as the young ladies working there who complimented me and helped me. Most other dept store girls are gossipy and mean, but not these girls! The cashier was also very nice and pleasant. Thank you all for being so cool! I always love coming here because of that and the quality dresses. Only problem is that almost everything fits like a dream and I only have so much cash! Ha ha ha.”

“The store and they're affiliated store, Marshalls and TJ Maxx are my guilty pleasure. I love just roaming through the isles looking for something unique and different. They have plenty to offer, pretty much anything that you would need as a gift. Their candle aisle is superb. If you were ever looking for a gift and you have no idea what to get, this is your place to shop. You can always find a good deal and they have several clearance racks as well. Spread throughout the store. Need a gift bag, they got you covered. Tons of $.99 large shopping bags to choose from at the front checkout aisle. The workers here are always very helpful.”
“I like the selection here. They have a pretty good layout and decent quality. I do wish that I saw the staff walking the floors to offer help a bit more in the men's section.”

“Pretty clean store. Food prices are a little high but most everything else is a fair price. Lines at the register can be a bit long, but they move at a moderate pace. Parking is easy to get into because there's a stoplight by one of the roads into the parking garage.”
“My girl said 'it smells like grandma's house in here'. And it actually has the things that were in grandma's house. You're gonna pay top dollar but you're not gonna find those things anywhere else.”
“I had an amazing experience at Nordstrom West County. My sales person‘s name was Teresa. I rushed in needing an outfit for the next day for my companies retreat. The jeans I wanted to purchase were one size too big and the size I needed was on the mannequin. I came later in the evening and so I was told no one could take the jeans off of the mannequin because of insurance reasons. I was very disappointed and upset and went ahead and purchased the bigger size because I needed them for the next day. To my surprise, Teresa called me the next morning and told me that she was going to drive the jeans to me that were the size that I needed. So that morning she met me at my retreat and brought me the correct size to exchange for the larger size. She went above and beyond for me and these days that’s not very common! Thank you so much to Theresa job well done Nordstrom‘s West County. ???”

“Homegoods is one of my favorite stores. I live on the Illinois side and was glad to see they had a lot of different items. The store was incredibly cramped though and you couldn't get more than 1 cart through certain areas. The cashier was nice.”

“A fan of Marshalls and have shopped in their stores all over the country. This store was interesting.
1) Friendly, more talkative staff than most stores. 2) Great location in a safe plaza with other similar stores
3) Parking was easy
4) Store was clean but poorly organized especially the shoes.
It was not a negative experience just not my Marshall expectations.
Found many items on clearance and was glad I stopped.”
“Unlike newer Nordstrom Racks which are going for a spacious, open design where they never have anything good, this place is packed to the brim. FANTASTIC shoe section with sizes up to women’s 13. The candle section also has some great prices (<$10 for big 3-wicks!), they carry large bra cup sizes such as G-H, and the women’s clothes section is decent, especially for dresses. If you like that Nordstrom Rack experience — if you know, you know — then don’t miss this location.”
“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”

“ASM Danette was so helpful and amazing! Honestly my experience wasn’t too grand until I met Danette at the check out; some grey-haired lady kept her eyes on me like a hawk, followed me around, and immediately checked the dressing room after I had used it (although she appeared to shy away from doing so whenever it involved other patrons) and it was incredibly uncomfortable. HOWEVER, Danette’s amazing customer service enabled me to have a wonderful experience and I really appreciated how she made me feel at ease while at the checkout with her positive energy! Thank you Danette, so glad you’ll be joining this location! I’ll be back ❤️”

“This 5 & Below is the neatest, cleanest, and most organized store they have in St Louis County, MO. We were able to find exactly the items that our granddaughter wanted to buy and also we desired to purchase for her quickly and easily due to the cleanliness and organized store. We also have a cart for her to sit in that she liked. Way to go with this NEW STORE! All your stores should be modeled after this store. Also, the staff is smiling, pleasant, friendly, helpful, and courteous. This is not the way it is in all of your stores!”
“This is the kind of place I wish I had when I was growing up. A nice market on the corner that you can walk to to get lunch or just grab a snack. Right in the heart of New Town, literally right next to town hall. They have the essentials plus some local offerings and even some gluten free options.”
