My dad went into the store to get a mattress cover. The employee Marie asked my dad about my personal life that ain't no one's business. Then, Marie had the odacity to ask my dad where I live. I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE! YOU DON'T ASK QUESTIONS LIKE THAT LET ALONE GET INTO SOMEONE'S PERSONAL LIFE. As soon as my dad came and told me what she had said. I went in the store and waited in the line to speak to the manager about this serious matter. The manager also let the other managers know that she had said this. The manager assured me that it won't happen again. I'm not going back till Marie is gone for good. The manager was very nice about it. This isn't the first time she's has got fired from running her mouth. I'm a high believer in krama. It will catch up to her.

The new manager is very ignorant she asked me if I had a ebt card while looking at my visa card in my hand!! They need to replace her. I was offended but kept my cool. I’ve been a customer for years and now I don’t want to shop there anymore!

We borrowed a truck and drove an hour both ways to come to this Big Lots after we were told they had 2 of the couches in stock. (We alctually called twice to confirm) Once we got there, after waiting 15 minutes, we heard they don't have the couches. They have 2 pieces that don't go together. There was another lady waiting there for a while also only to find out they only had one piece to the furniture she wanted. Not only do they have bad customer service, but the store is filthy. We won't be back to this store, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to ever come here either.

Their rewards program sucks. They haven't sent me my rewards in 4 years. I've tried to get it straightened out for another 5 years- they keep screwing me over. You have to have the rewards to get your military discount. I now get my discount but no rewards still
