Pete is easy to communicate with and product is the same on the description. he even deliver because I can’t visit the shop due to my schedule.

One of the worst car dealer experiences I’ve ever had. We bought a 2013 Dodge Charger from Zerr. To start off it had a misfire we diagnosed during the test drive. We figured it needed plugs and moved forward. In less than 16 hours the car broke down in my driveway. We replaced the plugs, coils, and the battery (that was 5 years old) chasing what the problem could be. The car had snapped the shift cable Zerr Auto had just had replaced. Once we got the car back, it started having motor issues. So back to the shop for the second time in less than a month. Now, the lifters have eaten to the cam and destroyed the motor. At this point Zerr wanted nothing to do with the car. Signed a lien release and left us with a broke down car. Peter had previously agreed to pay for the shop bill to originally fix the problems his mechanics caused, but after the second issue denied payment and sent a lien release. Buyer Beware! Unless you have the money to pay for a car and buy a new motor, stay away from Zerr Auto!

One of the best buy here pay here car lots in Springfield. I've been doing business with Pete and Brent for years now, it is a simple process with this company, you buy the car you pay for it until the loan is paid off, if you default on the loan it is up to you to figure it out. Quality cars sold here, just like any other company, test drive the car and if you like it and can afford it then make Pete a deal it is that simple. I've read too many people on here whining about their experiences here, and guess what ? If you decide not to pay then he has the right to pick up the car. I was not paid to post this review nor do I work for Zerr Auto but a customer who is greatful these folks sold me several cars when I needed them when no one else would approve me for a car loan. Now that I have rebuilt my credit I will continue to do business with Pete and Brent. So if you are in the market for a car deal go see them I know they will take care of you.

Super sketchy.... Many of the vehicles had flat or deflated tires. They also run a pawn shop and they're were questionable individuals hanging out inside just sitting and chatting out was uncomfortable. The vehicle drove had the check engine light on and ride poorly on the road. It didn't look professional in the office. The *boss*was not in when I visited. Very responsive to messages though and willing to work a deal

All time worst car lot in Springfield Mo, Pete the owner is a all time liar, they repo cars under payment arrangements, and was only past due 100.00! The other review from Maleia is a fraud, due to the fact that she works for Pete. They want to charge unexplainable fees, and has done this to multiple people I know, save your time and your money, and get a reliable car that hasn't been in any accidents! Btw if your shopping don't buy the Pontiac G6, it will be a headache like it was to me and my family.

Don't buy from here!!!! These little side street dealers just buy junk cars from the auto auctions and then try to sell them for top dollar. I test drove a 2005 Ford Taurus Wagon there and I had a hard time getting it back as it drove so bad. Don't buy this car as I took it for inspection and they found over 30 things wrong with it. Very dishonest people. I think all their stuff is sold AS IS too so if you drive off the lot and it breaks down it's your problem. Buy from a real dealer and get a warranty!

Always helpful and nice..i have purchased 2 vehicles there and both were extremely clean and good driving, and plan on buying another soon. As with all used vehicles some maintenance is necessary but they are always up front and honest before you sign any papers. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to.
