I’ve definitely had an amazing experience working with the Wells Fargo Advisors group (different from Wells Fargo Bank). I’ve been receiving advice from Mr Sullivan for several years now and he has always been right on track with what’s going on in the market. I highly recommend them when needing high level advice with your portfolio.

I have been a customer since 2004. Have had multiple loans and mortgages with Wells Fargo. The customer service is terrible and while refinancing 2 properties recently was told they won’t do one and are now changing the terms on the other one. tYhey will do what ever they can make customers pay more fees. Time to change banks.

Telephone system is horrible; most of the time there is no operator and requires you spell the first and last name of the person you seek and ... when you do reach a live human being, the response is snippy. NOT a customer friendly establishment; as if they are doing you a favor by answering the phone!!
