Went to fill a prescription on a sunday evening. The young man at the register in the pharmacy was extremely unkempt and dirty. He had a ring of dirt around his neck, dirty hair and dirty fingernails. I will not return ever again to have anything filled from this pharmacy and would rather wait 24 hrs for another location to open. When you are in a professional setting such as a pharmacy tech, you should be presentable and clean. No excuse for being that unkempt. It really gives the impression that a dirty person is mixing our medication. Have some standards.

Absolutely ridiculous, 4 registers at the pharmacy and only one person at one register with the line backed up to aisle 13, I may move my medicines to another pharmacy other than Walgreens

Me, I really like the in-and-out process of going to a store, and just go back to work, home, wherever. I meet great employees who work here, and everyone is helpful. If there are 2 or more people in line, someone comes over and clears the lane and disappears into the chores of the day.

Extremely rude staff. At exactly 9:00am went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription. Nobody was at the window, there was also nobody else in line, I waited a moment and somebody took my information and informed me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes and asked if I wanted to receive a text when it was ready I told her no I'll just plan on being back in 30 minutes. Okay that's not unreasonable, I go down the street to pick up breakfast. Come back at 9:38am and this time a different lady is giving me the most hateful look and barking at me. She informed me my prescription is not ready, when asked how much longer she said, "does your phone number end with xxxx." To which I said yes and she barked at me that I would get a text when it's ready. After that lovely interaction I park in the parking lot and wait and get a confirmation text that I've been enrolled in text updates about my prescription. I waited until 10:35am and got no text at this point I'm in pain. I decide to call them and a lady says it's ready, I asked why I did not receive a text since I was unwillingly enrolled for the text by the previous lady. All she could say is, "well I'm not sure you should've got one."
I can say this is my one and only experience with this store as I don't plan on coming back unless they can change my mind. Over an hour and a half of waiting. Not my idea of a good interaction.

Worst Walgreens I have been to the staff was rude and looked very trashy and unprofessional, I have been to Walgreens all over the Kansas City Metro Area, Joplin , and Branson, this Walgreen staff at night should be fired or written up especially Manager Raf,I will not be back and advise anyone I know not to shoo or get prescriptions there

I had my prescription sent there because they are open late but when I went to get it they told me it would be the next day . I had to miss taking it it's the 2nd time it's happened. It makes no sense it's a simple blood pressure medicine.

this is a review for the girl working the drive thru this evening. despite people being absolutely awful, she still managed to keep everything professional. i hope she reads this, i want her to know that she is very strong and she in no way deserved to be treated like that. i hope good things come your way ?

It has pretty much already all been said in the other comments. This is probably the worst pharmacy in the United States. Incompetent staff, lack of ability to do their jobs at an acceptable level, the list could go on. This isn’t my normal pharmacy, there was a mixup and a prescription got sent here. Multi day ordeal to ultimately get nowhere. No discretion, no willingness to help whatsoever, just pure runaround and rigmarole. It’s been 11 days and I’ve been going through withdrawal that never should’ve happened in the first place. Seriously, avoid this place. If this is your pharmacy, just know that you’re choosing the worst of the worst. Anything is better than this clown show. I’d trust the Waffle House to do a better job with my medication over this laughable circus.

It takes them ages to fill your prescription. Don't use this place. Each time we go through them it takes 3+ hours to fill anything we might need.
