Don't waist your time with getting your meds at this location! They absolutely do not care to help with any insurance issues and are rude about even trying. I've been back and forth with them for a week and without meds and the last time I spoke to someone about it they hung up on me!!!! Definitely need to educate staff better

All of my prescriptions were transferred from a small business they bought, without my permission. Since then I have had the worst experience and customer service ever. I have numerous prescriptions for my heart so it is important to get them on time. Only 11 got transferred and I should have had 30. I will be transferring to another pharmacy. Oh yeah, and the free delivery they offer is a joke.

Claire at walgreens is disrespectful and should not have a job in the pharmacy. They messed up my prescription for an inhaler that I was told was gonna be a 4 hour wait. After the 4 hours I call and get told they dont have anything for me on file and then Claire wants to catch an attitude with me because I ask why this is happening. I don't care how bad a day is going, watch your damn attitude when talking to a customer who needs something before he can travel.

Extremely incompetent!!.. every single month they mess up our billing and insurance. Say they correct the issue. Then again, the next month things are a mess again. This is literally the 6th month in a row where I have given them the chance to actually correct what they are doing and I'm DONE!!!. If the workers are that stupid then I am glad to find another pharmacy

Worst pharmacy ever, so slow, really incompetent. Put the wrong name on our son’s prescription twice. I’ve gone at 9:30 at night to pick up a free prescription and it still took 10-15 minutes and I was the only one in line. The pharmacy tech once couldn’t get all of the Amoxicillin mixed so she told me to just mix it myself...I advise not going to this Pharmacy no matter what even if you live right next door to it go somewhere else

My daughter has asthma, and was diagnosed with brinchitis on top of that. The pharmacist told us that they couldnt give her prednisone (which she needs!) Because its not covered by medicaid and even if it was theyre out of stock and dont "know where to get more"

No use to stay open until 10:00 pm on a Friday if you only employ I person in pharmacy. 37 min wait inside and more than 20 min at drive thru. Find another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is the slowest I've ever been to. We've tried different days and different times of day and they are consistently slow. Sat in line for 45 minutes after getting a notification that my refill was ready only to get to the counter and be told its delayed.
