I changed to this location from the East Kearney location & they are a lot faster at filling my prescriptions & getting them to me at the drive-thru. They’re much friendlier & know what they’re doing. It’s worth driving the extra couple of miles because the East Kearney location isn’t open everyday anymore because they’re under staffed & you never know when they’re open & when they’re closed. It’s always a toss up from day to day. So the West Kearney location has set hours & is open 7 days a week.

I always get my prescriptions done here. They send you messages to let you know when it ready for pickup. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

When calling and inquiring about a prescription I was rushed and asked condescending questions the entire time. The Woman on the phone was cold, brash, and rude, making sure to cut me off and not let me get a word in. I get being busy at work and being in a bad mood, but hold it together for 3 min while you gotta answer a little question then get back to your foul every day mood afterwards if being snotty is that important to ya. Probably dont continue in that profession either if its so stressful that you are gonna be rude to patients seeking medicine.
Also its interesting going through the reviews and seeing nonstop complaining about the pharmacy. Im sure its not all of them but maybe a few really bad apples, Including spicy snotty lady. A real Medical Un-Professional that one.

My prescription was moved here from Price Cutter Pharmacy and after saying it would be ready Saturday here it is Sunday and still not ready, and the price is almost triple what I was paying. So I’m walking around the store and noticing everything in the store is insanely more expensive than say Walmart. I’m so confused on why people would shop here. I’ve now been waiting 40 minutes for medication that was supposed to be ready yesterday.

Thank you Walgreens for assuring that I never get my scripts on the first second or even third visit. It's amazing how little peace of mind I feel everytime I go to pick up a prescription.

Very slow always have to wait for prescription even after sight say it's done. Today web site said prescription was read but when I got to drive up it wasn't ready and told to wait 15 minutes. I had to leave before getting prescription. Why even have sight to see if prescription is ready?

I called the store to see why my daughter's prescription wasn't ready after almost 4 days. I was transferred to the pharmacist. She was extremely rude. Said they had "some" medicine and that it would be ready in an hour if that was ok with me. The guy in the drive thru lane was just as rude. Soooo I have since transferred her and my daughters prescription to another pharmacy. Come to find out on one of my scripts I was paying almost $170 for a 3 month supply of medicine after using Good Rx there while at my new pharmacy it was only $55 before using the pharmacy card. With the card I only had to pay $25. Same with my husband. He changed pharmacies when his prescription was sky high. Shop around people.

Quick and helpful service, they almost always know my name and birthday without me even having to tell them. I've been going to the Wakgreens on Kansas and Kearney, for over 17 years and some of the pharmacy techs still work there, others are newer since Covid pandemic but, even several of the newer faces know me now, and it's nice to have friendly faces and be treated like family or friends when you go to pick up your meds. Unlike a few other places I've been to recently, like the CVS on Campbell, their service was terrible.

Transferring information to closer store very hard wait. They do not accept but what they do for customers vaccines. My opinion they should. Have it on record. Now more stable get meds. Not having call run downtown all time get meds.
