This pharmacy found my medicine I needed that Walmart refused to dispence for my thyroid disorder. I was a patient with that Walmart pharmacy 4 years and they wouldn't help. Walgreens had never seen me before yet they bent over backwards to find my specific thyroid meds i wanted. Excellent customer service and courteous and professional staff

Multiple times recently I went to pick up a prescription during non-lunch business hours. Pharmacy was closed with a sign "Pharmacist not on duty". I wouldn't care if they sold oven mitts but this is for meds crucial to people with medical problems. They don't mind if you suffer because they won't get a backup pharmacist.

Made an appointment ahead of time for the flu shot so I wouldn't have to wait around. This does not good you're still going to wait around 30 minutes while the staff scramble around. Why make an appointment when you have to wait around.

Save yourself time and hassle, go ANYWHERE else for your prescription medications. The West Republic Rd location is the worst.

After trying to get my prescriptions filled at the Walgreens in Republic I went here and they got all my prescriptions filled within 10-15 minutes. I'm thankful I was able to start on these medications right away due to being sick.

They have a decent variety of over-the-counter products, snacks, drinks, and hygiene items. I'm not impressed with the pharmacy side, however. I requested a prescription refill on a Friday to be picked up on Monday at noon. It's currently 2:00, my prescription is not ready, and I can't speak to anybody about it because I have been left on hold for over 15 minutes.

I don't know what the kids name is in front who works night but he is super nice and friendly. Always has a smile for me and my husband. I will write another review when I find out his name . He is probably no more than 25 but I'm bad with kids ages. Maybe as young as 19 ? Anyways this kid is awesome at customer service ! Deserves done recognition

The last 3 times I’ve been to the drive thru, the lines simply do not move. Last week I waited in line 30 minutes while numerous cars got in line. Many of them gave up and left. Today, I sat 3rd in line for 20 minutes while up to 12 cars lined up. There was ZERO movement in 20 minutes in either line. I gave up and left, as did several others. This never used to be the case. I have noticed one particular person is always working the window when this happens. You would think other pharmacy staff would notice this and step in. May have to switch to a different pharmacy.

I like this Walgreens just fine. The problem with this place is their parking lot. I have barely missed a few vehicles from people speeding through their parking lot.

Very slow to respond. Staff lacks initiative. Serious lack of qualified or motivated employees. Have used this Walgreens on many occasions (unfortunately) past few years. Almost any other Walgreens in the area can be relied upon when you most need to have a prescription filled. Unless you walk them through every minute step of the process you're paying for, you cannot get predictable results. Save time, money and frustration, drive a few extra miles and go to their location on National or Battlefield.

Stopped to buy some Summer Deals . . .almonds, soda, ice cream, etc. Store is clean and we'll stocked. Employees welcome you and seem to wanna be working here! Easy access so in & out is a breeze!
