I understand things happen but the laziness and poor communication is unacceptable. I was told my prescriptions would be ready for pickup yesterday. I then drove to the location and was told they weren’t ready and to come back the next day at noon. The next day I came in to be told they still weren’t ready, so I asked when to come back to get them and they told me they would either be ready in 30/45 minutes or to come back tomorrow. I informed them I needed them as soon as possible and that I was already late getting out of town because of this waiting situation. They said they would get them ready if I came back, so I left and came back about 40 minutes later to find the pharmacy closed for lunch. Why would you specifically tell me to come back in the middle of a time they knew they were to going to be there?? I waited a little over another hour from that point and came back to find it STILL wasn’t ready. I tell them I’ve been there 4 other times and they say it should only take 20 more minutes. 4trips into town, 20 minutes later and they only give me one of my prescriptions. They ignore you when you walk up to get it even thought they had just called my name. Really discouraging to get the run around and waste time/gas all thanks to incompetent people.

After waiting in line (for 30 minutes) to get to the pharmacy window I was told they closed in 15 minutes so they wouldn't be filling my percscription. (Location Kansas and Grand)
The female pharmacy rep was rude and short and made the experience worse honestly. (I would have report her to a manager if one was available) The experience was awful and I DEFINITELY won't be going back to your location specifically because of THAT pharmacy rep.

I have been going to this Walgreens for over 20 yrs because it's close to my work and I can stop in B4 work at 7:30 am. They changed their hours this week and don't open till 8. What? Why? Gonna lose lots of business from ppl who go in B4 work.

I am not someone who is easy to aggravate, and I get how stressful it can be when places are short staffed, which is still no excuse for the pharm techs, let alone, pharmacist talk down to you like you’re a POS. But I’ve given this place many opportunities to be decent but wow I am just beyond shocked with the way I was spoken to today. Very very sad. I can’t imagine the ripple effect of all the people this pharmacist has gone on to hurt within the community. I was very kind, it won’t kill you to be kind yourself. It might even preserve your life a few years longer if you try it. I hope your poor soul finds peace.

Way way too understaffed. They don't list their true pharmacy hours on Google because they change them too much. Went in to buy things today and waited at the register for a good minute before I heard " you have a customer" from the back. Then a woman came up, no visible way to tell she worked there as she was wearing a non related hoodie and no name tag. She said nothing to me at all until she told me to flip my card around. I understand being busy and I understand being understaffed but at least try to pretend that you're there for your customers, not just a paycheck.

I understand having low staff and needing to close the pharmacy on the weekends, but next time, send out a notice. Really sucks when you need your medicine that day and weren’t aware of this change.

Went to get my newborns prescription yesterday. Waited in line for over 30 min inside. Got the counter finally and prescription was not done. They said to wait 15 more min after I recieved medication was ready. I went back home because the line got longer and I did not want to wait another 30 min or more because I had to restart from the back of the line.I went back the next day on my lunch break and I had wait another 30 min in line and when it was my turn they said they couldn't find my sons prescription even though I seen that they had it yesterday in the employees hand just waiting approval from pharmacist! Walgreens is the worst

Was today a holiday? Pharmacy part was closed all day after I get an out of stock message about my Rx. No one available to even answer the phone.Wait times are ridiculous on a good day. They are forever behind. Wait for my account to update, wait for a notification it’s ready, wait in the drive thru lane which is always 4-5 cars deep with long wait times in between. AND I have an issue about every third time I go. Insurance wasn’t ran or isn’t loading correctly, it ain’t ready yet despite the notification saying it was in fact ready, they’re out of stock, or just randomly closed on some Tuesday without explanation. Medication is too important and expensive to be handled like Walgreens has been doing. I have far too many problems simply filling a monthly script that is 100% covered.
