They are extremely rude here. I feel so sorry for the little old people that don't understand and for the people that are sick and would rather be anywhere else than here. I had to wait for my medicine and when it was filled they didnt even let me know. They just left me sitting there while they just kept on waiting on other customers. I was there for half an hour. Everytime I come in here they mess up my prescription. They have to do a partial refill on my script and you have to follow up with them to get the rest of your meds even though they tell you they will let you know. Then you go in and they don't have it filled and cop an attitude with you because you finally get upset with the incompetence. The pharmacist actually told me she hadn't had time over the 3 day period to check her partial refills and to fill them. Then rolled her eyes at me when I said that in 3 days no one could fins the time to fill my prescription that I was told was filled and ready to pick up. She rolled them again when she said I will get it filled now for you. I tried sugar instead of vinegar at first and then the 2nd eye roll set me on fire. I will be switching pharmacies...this was my final issue with them. By the way lady, you are the issue not your customers. When. I was checking out I was standing at a register the girl was working 2 registers. When I saw her walk to the other one I moved to the other one. She raised her voice at me and literally pointed at me and then pointed at the other register and said I need you at this one very sarcastically. Like how was I suppose to know what the hell she was doing. I don't even think they know. OMG what a group of miserable people. Walgreens do better for your employees because they are a bunch of miserable people who are making your customers miserable. So sad that when your sick this is what you have to deal with. I'm not even sick and I can't hardly take it.

Their automatic refill system is bad. It will only refill some of the prescriptions you need. If you need to talk to someone at this store you better drive there, because their phone system sends you to a call center in Atlanta if you can even get through the automated system designed to keep you from talking to someone. And apparently they are incapable of refilling prescriptions in less than 30 hours. The Walgreens I used in Wisconsin was much better run. Find a different pharmacy

This is my favorite Walgreens! The staff is very friendly and the Store Manager is extremely helpful when I need help with a specific request. Not only is he helpful for me but I have witnessed the time and care he takes when interacting with other customers. Although clearly a busy store, customers always come first which is refreshing.

I will be moving my Rx business to another pharmacy. These people seem to get all or most of their prescriptions delivered to them.....and it's always tomorrow after 10:30. There doesn't seem to be any such thing as same day service at this pharmacy. I'm sure it's an effective corporate policy, but it sure makes for pitiful customer service for the person who needs the Rx. This has happened the last 4 or 5 prescriptions. I'll find a pharmacy that places the customer first.

35yrs getting prescriptions I've never dealt with this... Never on time, say that it's filled and not, fill it out it back on the shelf same day, give same script twice, rude, unorganized, uncompassionate, say they are waiting for your doctor's verification and yet Dr office says never received, the ball is dropped, called to verify medicine in stock and yet takes a whole day to get antibiotics filled for my daughter. You call and "still working on it" They're far and few that are pleasant and some ethics in what they do here. Everything about it seems shady.. My wife has came home crying multiple times and I myself have been with her to witness to other customers distress...and this is not just during the Pandemic. I have even had medicine short 4 times in a row and just so happen to be a pain relief or muscle relaxers. 3 of those time they were caught counting in front of me and customers coming up 4 to 8 short.. I have used this pharmacy on E Sunshine for 5+ years and the Walgreens app. This was the kindest most compassionate pharmacy. In the last 2 years they have employed some of the most horrible and inconsiderate individuals including the pharmacist. The customer service is horrible the lack of inventory and the knowledge from the pharmacist herself is incredibly declining. All the pharmacist could think of is herself getting her bite of that cake in her mouth! I never thought that a pharmacy that once had a great reputation has declined so fast! It is really disappointing for a customer such as myself! Do not buy gift cards at this Walgreens. They sale them and then don’t activate them so your out $50 or whatever you payed for the card. They will not do anything about it! They are worthless!!!!

They just lost a $20,000account each and everymonth. BEWARE Check your Medicine. I bet it's not right or things are missing that you paid for.Management doesn't care and will stand there an argue with you, evenwith your receipt. I've hadENOUGH OF THEIR TOTAL DISRESPECT andCOMPLETE INCOMPENCE. Someone is going to get hurt by one wrong medicine. Itwon't be me. Pulling allmy prescriptions fromWalgreens, today!!! ✌️

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have received texts that prescriptions are ready and when you go to pick them up, they aren't. They apologize for the inconvenience but don't fix the problem. I had one prescription that was only half filled, I understand they needed to order more which was fine but I got a call a few days later that it was ready to be picked up, I go pick it up and they say it's been picked up already. I said that's impossible and had another phone call days later that I needed to pick it up, go to pick it up and they say its not there. I leave and days later they call and finally I just had to say forget it. Then today waiting in the drive through for 25 or 30 minutes or more because that's just how long you have to wait your turn at this place, only three cars in front of me and finally after so long myself along with three other cars beside and behind me all left without our prescriptions. Inconsiderate and terrible customer service. I know they're busy but it doesnt take 15 minutes a person.

Staff to slow at the pharmacy , wait for two hours on my first Dose of covid 19 and my appointment was made two week before , 2 dose of my Covid 19 vaccine still waiting for 1 hour and my appointment was made a week ago so no reason to make appointment If they going to take the time to get to you . I don't even know why they have a sing saying that they have COVID 19 vaccines available 24hrs if they don't have enough staff to get people.
