If I could give them 0 stars I would! I visited the store June 18, 2024 around 4pm with my sister, staff was just so unfriendly and just so sassy! The man was FULL of attitude! Was needing help with her cellular device and was not given professional guidance whatsoever! Tech support THROUGH phone was easier, simpler, and MUCH MORE PATIENT! Tech Support on the phone even APOLOGIZED to my sister for the unprofessional behavior on THEIR behalf! Please get educated on customer service! After reading other reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one pointing out the bad service! This should be a SIGN for BETTER MANAGEMENT and STAFF! Highly recommend any other location but this one!

Employees gave some attitude. I had Verizon support on my phone and had to come get a physical SIM. The lady helping me started getting confused after I explained my situation and then started saying whatever support was doing was completely wrong and to not answer them again. Then proceeded to try to help by going back to step one and saying I needed consent I already confirmed with support on my phone? It seemed odd and annoying like they were trying to compete with online support. I was sent away three times, the second time was a balding hobbit who gave me attitude, saying he couldnt help me and he could tell her (online support) straight up if he had to. It was only till the third time they managed to help and solve my problem, but continued to add a bit of sass at the end by basically saying, "how much faster it was" than talking through a phone. Multiple times the woman tried getting me to end the call on my phone with tech support like it was a competition to win me over as a customer. Overall I found it ridiculous, but the woman on the phone was a sweetheart, so I recommend them!

Disappointed with Verizon’s Veteran Support
Despite their claims of being veteran-friendly, my recent experience with Verizon has been deeply disappointing. As a veteran, I expected better support and service, but unfortunately, they did not meet those expectations.
I will be sharing my experience with my network of 1.2 million followers from all platforms to raise awareness. It’s crucial for companies to genuinely honor their commitments to veterans, and sadly, Verizon has fallen short.

Ramar was amazing, kind, helpful and quick to help me. Best experience I’ve ever had at a cell phone store. Give that dude a healthy raise!
A year later, Nick R. was awesome, patient and got me taken care of quickly on a trade-in complication.

Customer service is the worst you can get!!!! They people are ridiculous they kick out or better yet removed my 80 year aunt and uncle out of the store. My aunt went in seeking help with her phone. They were completely rude to them and unnecessary. How in the world could you do that to an elderly couple
