This place is nothing but pathetic “undeliverable” on 2 packages in the last week and you can’t get ahold of them to get anything fixed or have them just hold it for you instead.
Now they wanna charge me again to bring it back from TN. Worthless and it’d be worth your time to drive an extra 45 minutes to any other service

They kept delivering our packages to neighbors. We recently moved and they aren’t forwarding our mail, even though our new primary post office says they see the online request in their system. They advised us to go to this location and tell them to have the mail carrier check their system & actually STOP delivering our mail to our old address. These people are INCOMPETENT. They do not do their job! I just tried to call and big shocker- NO ANSWER. ??

Every order I get through USPS is delayed by at the minimum three days. How can a package go from Virginia to St Louis in one day but can't go from Springfield MO. nine miles to my house in under three days? Extremely Incompetent people!

My 2 day priority package has been in this place for 4 days and no sign of movement. This isn't new. Seems to a great place for packages to die. Terrible service.

We just moved to Springfield three months ago. My mother went into the counter and gave 2 tracking numbers for a couple of packages , and the lady (putting that as nice as I can) looked the 1st number up and couldn't find it. When she asked her to look the 2nd number up, the lady told her she couldn't do that. Because their tracking numbers don't start with the number 4. Ironically, the 1st tracking she gave her started with THE NUMBER 4! She just thanked her for her time and walked away. We will never go back to that woman again.

I was desperately needing a package sooner than it was scheduled to be delivered. DJ and his supervisor were extremely helpful and tracked down the package for me. I was able to get the package that day instead of waiting for it to be delivered. Thank you!

Don't bother calling. They never answer the phone. No surprise seeing They can't seems to handle packages without loosing them, they probably lost the phone to.

My packages get stuck here constantly and I don't see them for days or even weeks and it's becoming a very annoying problem. Please get your stuff together.

I’m a truck driver that visited on 6/6/24 @ 5am. I was there to p/u a load going to a postal distribution facility in Irving, TX. When picking up you need to go to door towards left side of bldg/lobby. There is a sign directing you to the right side between docks 9+10. That is more where a number of box trucks come and go and where they take deliveries.
Alex was by go to and he did an excellent job making me feel at home. Once given a dock to back up to, slide trailer tandems to the rear, open doors and put 3ea straps or load lock bars in. Loading took a little over an hr and I was departing as the sun and mild rush hr traffic was starting. Did not see or ask for a bathroom. This facility is just off Rt66 downtown so overnighting not an option. Parking lot is a little on the tight side but manageable. A few pcs of framework piled up and a storage shed are about the only thing to watch out for.
Alex was professional and polite and gave me great instructions. This facility is busy, so be prepared for a bunch of box trucks coming and going, not too many large trucks. My load was the last of the loads to be loaded. So things were clearing out when Alex was finished. I departed @ 6:45 am. Thank you Alex, your the man !
