Why have a phone if you can’t answer at any time of the day any day?

I was desperately needing a package sooner than it was scheduled to be delivered. DJ and his supervisor were extremely helpful and tracked down the package for me. I was able to get the package that day instead of waiting for it to be delivered. Thank you!
