We were in need of rack ears for an install as the ones we received were bent. Ben (the owner) worked with me while he was on vacation and made sure I got the parts I needed which led to a successful install! Not only did he make sure I got the part, he didn't worry about invoicing until he got back from vacation so we could complete our install. We will definitely use this company again in the future! Thank you so much Ben!!
