“Todd is an ex-cattle farmer, ex-middle school teacher, and now a one-man-show car salesman. He's no-nonsense, and in my experience, won't try and swindle you. Bought 2011 Subaru Forester from him this summer and he was very kind and helpful through the whole car buying experience. He had very fair prices, he let me test drive my car for a few hours, and even filled up the tank after I bought it!
Since it's just him running the show, sometimes if he was busy I would have to wait until our schedules aligned, but I didn't mind. Felt more like I was buying a car from a friend than a car salesman. He goes to auctions himself and picks the cars he wants, so he knows he has good cars and won't be pushy. Auto Shack does have less stock than most big dealers, so just keep that in mind. If you want a very specific car today, then he might not be your best bet. But if you are shopping around for a new-used car and aren't in a hurry, definitely swing by the Auto Shack and talk to Todd!”
