The service of US Cellular was extremely poor. It took 2.5 hrs getting a phone which speaks volumes in itself. The employee entered an incorrect code in the phone which has compromised the emails and financial accounts of all in our household. It also caused the phone to lock and the store wanted payment to unlock the phone when it was less then a week old.Someone is still able to get into the accounts connected to the email associated with it.I would not recommend US Cellular.

I'm giving my experience With US Cellular 5 stars and then some! Brad was absolutely Awesome and down-to-earth... Making me feel comfortable right off the bat! He was cuteand witty but most importantly He was product knowledgeable. It seemed he knew exactly what I wanted . And then simply produced it...lind of like magic... just madeIt happen!Yeah I'd have to say this was a memorable experience and I recommend US cellular to all my friends, my family or anybody that's in need of a great company and excellent service with superiorCustomer service to meet your needs... They have it all!

Stopped at the store just as they were about to close and really needed some phone chargers. Kris helped us find something very nice and I bought 2 chargers and some ear phones for my wife. A definate professional and caring salesman! My wife LOVES the new earphones and thank you! This guy has a great knowledge of the technology he sells and knows what will work best for each person. I highly recommend talking to Kris if you ever stop in.

It sucked. Having issues with my phone so I brought it in. They said they had it fixed and I got back home and it was worse.I take it back in and they said there is nothing they could do.So tomorrow I am going to find a new carrier.
