Very outdated hotel with many missing amenities that you would normally find at other hotels in area. There is no breakfast available except on weekends. There's not even water or coffee available to guests. Outside area with fire pits are not clean and the fire pits do not work. There's hardly ever anyone at the reception desk. There are no "do not disturb" hangers in rooms. I heard a customer ask to speak to a manager and the receptionist stated that the manager's office door is closed and he's not available. Room need to be updated. The tile in my shower was cracked and the tub drain was completely clogged. There are far better hotels in area.

Room were horrible. AC didn't work, requested a fridge before check-in, which we never received (asked repeatedly only to be told "we're not sure"), Breakfast was horrible and overpriced, with hair in the food (stay away from the yogurt). One receptionist was extremely rude (woman with very short hair). While the receptionist with the braids was absolutely nice. All the rest were unhelpful and had no clue about anything. Only good thing about this overpriced dump was the location. But, no, would not recommend nor will we EVER stay here again.

Absolutely amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows and being on the 9th floor just adds to it. Very quite and clean rooms are just the cherry on top.

We are staying here for a conference. My husband requested a handicap room as I've just had surgery and can not walk. Accessing a zero or low access shower with a bench was the biggest concern. They assured him that would not be a problem. Once we got to the room, we saw it was a regular tub shower combo with no seat. My husband went back to the front desk and was told that's all they had for handicap accessible. Grab bars in a tub does not make it handicap accessible!! Not good!!

Brent Parker is expliary as a gm and it flows though his staff! Love this hotel! Reminds me of Luxor in Vegas! Two thumbs and 8 fingers up!

Toilet was overflowing and not working, shower drain was draining. Called guest services to help with AC not functioning and front desk said that they'd send maintenance to fix it and no one did. Unacceptable. I could get better quality and service at La Quinta.

I usually stay at this hotel for work at least twice a month, so the outdated rooms were nothing new to me, it is what it is. As for the front desk employees they are usually super nice and friendly. However, during this stay— The lady that works days was super unprofessional and rude from check in to calling & asking for more Shampoo & conditioner. She acted like she hated her job & everything was a hassle or too much for her to handle. Looking at other comments it seems to be a trend with certain staff members (Probably the one I’m speaking of because everybody else has been super friendly) If you don’t want to work with the public then don’t- It’s quite simple.

So many bad reviews , 8 of us with 4 rooms 3/9/24, we were all about to go elsewhere but went ahead and stayed,, we were all ok with rooms but after my wife and I checking in was told room charge 118 plus taxes etc only had 1 30.00 charge on room at bar and still somehow charged 232 total they couldn’t explain why how convenient for them , daughters room was 259 crazy endless everywhere you goNoteworthy details: Might want to shop around

Despite having a reservation, room wasn't ready until 4:30. Arrived at 4, couldn't get an estimate of when room would be ready, have a seat and we'll let you know. Can connect to wifi but there is no intetnet. Been here 45 minutes and I wish I had booked somewhere else.

This hotel is conveniently located for the Springfield Expo center, universities and downtown. It feels a bit old, but everything was clean and decently maintained.

Travel frequently. Dated hotel. Needs some freshening up. Bathrooms gross, dirty, broken toilet seat. Good location. Check in is firm 4pm, unwilling to even see if room is ready just prior to 4pm check in. Could probably at least act like you are willing to help or look to see if a room is available.Would ask if a convention is going on before staying here. Nowhere to park and they were actually selling parking spaces for $10 due to convention? Don’t usually expect to have no parking available for those of us staying at the hotel.Hard to recommend.

I've worked in the customer service industry for over a decade so when I see really poor customer service I need to call it out. There is one rule in customer service, and no it isn't the customer is always right, it is if something isn't right then you should try your best to make it right. So when I stayed in my room, we had no working A.C. at night and my fiance and i had to take turns taking cold showers so we wouldn't get heat exhaustion. So either a discount on the room, breakfast or really anything would had been appreciated, but instead since we "stayed the night" there isn't anything they could do. That is wrong, and I will not stay in this hotel ever again.
