Had a certified letter to be picked up went in on 8-5-24 to get it, they don’t have it there was told it’s on the truck sign here we will redeliver, well here it is 8-13-24 and still no letter, go to get it from them again they don’t know anything about it. Worthless service I would say the driver tossed it in file 13. Hum just disappeared. Hope it wasn’t important.

Worse delivery service ever. Like anything the covenant do. You goes should close down for good and let private sector take over. You are trash. Can’t get rid be thing from you without drama and loosing my time and nerves.

THANK YOU JAY!!! For anyone having issues with the tall supervisor or Rachel, Jay will explain what an issue might be and give you guidance on solutions. Took 4 trips to see someone helpful but Jay is amazing. (Also don’t try to call this location, they do not answer the phone.)

I have been waiting 2wks for this package. It was supposed to be delivered on the 4th at 6 then it said that night by 830. This morning the next day it says it will be here by noon now it says 9 tomorrow night when it already shows being on the truck for delivery yesterday WTH!? I just called and they don’t answer the phones either !

This dude at the window told me the tracking information I had on the USPS website was not from USPS. I don't think he knew where he was working. Not a moments attempt to help. This place historically has sucked. USPS needs to be sold and privatized.
