I’ve been getting my hair done by Megan in the salon for about two years now! Not only does Meg make each client feel comfortable, she makes her clients feel like friends. She embraces each person’s natural hair, and shows them how to care for it. Meg is open and honest about what’s realistic and she ALWAYS does an amazing job with my curly hair! She was the first stylist who actuallytook the time to diffuse my hair instead of blowing it out & THEN curling it.Meg helped me love my natural curls & now I wear them natural 24/7!

Great place to shop on a first or second date! Go through the perfumes and colognes asking your new friend what they like best. Surprise them with that scent on the next date!

My mom and I went to Ulta Springfield, needing new foundation, blush and eyeshadow. Vanessa was super helpful, and made make-up shopping easy. We love you Vanessa!!

Went to check out and get an online pickup order. Told the cashier I needed to pick up my order and she goes “you need to go to the other side for that” and when I looked to where she was pointing she went “you know. Under the giant orange sign that says pickup orders?” She came across extremely rude. I’d never picked up an order at Ulta, so I had no idea. When I went to get my pickup order, they couldn’t find my order anywhere and just said “guess it’s at the other store. Sorry”. I asked if they could fill my order here and she said no. I’d have to call and cancel my order and find the items myself in store. When I tried to call the west side Ulta store, the phone prompt keeps saying they can’t come to the phone and to try again later. I attempted to call multiple times. At this point, the associate walked off so I left the store. What happened to good customer service? So I have a missing order and no one knows where it’s at and this is including my birthday gift.

I wish I had got the name of the person who helped me today. I told them what I was looking for, what products I usually use, and they gave me a great product. Even went to the back to grab me the correct shade (Color Pop Pretty Fresh in Light 5C)It looks amazing on my skin and I love it. The price point wasn't bad either. Thank you!

I love this store. Always someone to help when you need it. Informative employees. I use the salon services because honestly my experience with hairdressers has been pretty unpredictable or flaky. Never an issue with Ulta.

I originally went to this store to get my pick up order. It said some of my items were out of stock. Which only left one item that was useless without the other items. I went in the store to check if the items were actually out of stock and sure enough…my items were in fact in store. So, I went to purchase the items they claimed they didn’t have in stock at full price. The lady that checked me out was very rude. Then I was told I need to wait at the further end of the counter to pick up the item that was not canceled. I stood there and waited while multiple people came up to the counter, looked at me, then proceeded to leave. When Tracy arrived some other ladies ladies stood behind the counter and talked then closed down the register while I stood there waiting. When they finally helped me 30+ minutes later, she said they couldn’t make my return on the pick up order and to just go home. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ll be returning all my stuff tomorrow and going to Sephora. I hope everyone reading just chooses to go to Sephora.

Placed an online order to pick up something real quick as I'm leaving the country and realized I needed a restock on concealer. Waited around for 30min to be told they couldn't find it and I had to pick something else out and HOPE it works. And then I had to wait in line AGAIN. So much for real quick. Extremely frustrating.

I’m super skeptical of salons due to some bad hair cuts and colors in the past, so I normally see a barber. But I was in town yesterday and was having a really bad day, decided to get a deep conditioning treatment and a trim. Yvette was amazing, she was able to squeeze me in (on a busy Saturday!) but she had awesome conversation and made me feel comfortable with the services I was getting. She did a full consultation before even picking up her shears or putting product in my hair. I am seriously so impressed, I have found a new stylist and if she ever decides to leave I’ll follow her.

LOVE THIS STORE!! Found my Fav Paul Mitchell- that " Instagram" product I wanted to try, a few sprays of that Perfume by Arianna, and oh- yeah- I always find extra stuff I just didn't know I needed. I cannot work at this store- EVER- b/c there'd be no paycheck left.

Men, if you are sent here by your wife to pick up an order, make sure you bring her birth certificate, social security card, and passport. You might want to bring her too, just to be safe. Having the pick up email confirmation isn't good enough. Having her call and confirm you can pick it up isn't good enough. Having her ID with you isn't good enough. They act like they are guardians of the holy grail for a $10 mascara. It took me 45 minutes to pick up the first time I tried. The second time I tried, I had to leave and bring her back with me. Now, we shop for her make-up somewhere else.
