“I started a regular lease of a brand new Peterbilt 579 at the end of 2021, the process was extremely smooth and seamless, every one from Success Leasing was helpful, professional and polite. Now, 157 weeks later I've turned my truck in and my opinion still the same as the first day, with only one very important difference, now I know for fact that Prime or Success Leasing won't scam you one bit, they won't fire before you finish your lease to keep the Lease completion incentive like many people think or say, that is simply a lie. The end of Leasing is as seamless as the initial Leasing and the money you get is accordingly to the conditions of your truck. There are a lot of urban legends in regards to the Prime/Success Leasing program, but my experience was nothing short of amazing.”

“Actually I'm telling the truth here they took care of me got my truck fixed and me back on the road.. it actually happened The day before Labor Day they sent their tech to come look at the truck it's not their fault that the parts place was closed but I had to end up waiting till that Tuesday... So first thing Tuesday morning parts were ordered they open their shop and got me out of there great job guys thank you...”
“My wife and I received the absolute best customer service and support from Kevin and John and really the entire staff while renting a vehicle to complete our relocation from Dallas to Springfield Missouri. Kevin was helpful with selecting the right vehicle and even suggesting a local restaurant for the best chicken fried steak in town .The process was quick and and to be honest alot better than service we received at Uhaul .The price was very inexpensive and they have an after hours key box for late vehicle returns .Take my word dont waste your time going to Uhaul or Budget go directly to Penske rentals located in Springfield ask for Kevin or John and or anyone at the service desk and you won't be disappointed.”

“Considering that I didn't have to react with a human being because it was a weekend, this wasn't an altogether bad experience.As an old guy with fat fingers navigating the cell app was a bit cumbersome but all in all picked up the truck I wanted, after hours and dropped it off with a minimal amount of difficulty. I'm sure if I did this regularly it would have been a lot easier.”
“So U-Haul on South Campbell would not rent a truck to me told me they were having computer issues and to go to peninski truck rentals, after calling around a few places and all of them telling me the same thing this guy gave me a call back and worked with me for about 45 minutes to actually get my truck rental, I understand computer issues happened but this guy actually went above and beyond to get me the truck I needed today. If I ever need another truck rented this will be the spot I go to since I always seem to have problems with South Campbell, that location is more convenient but I have yet to be able to rent any truck from that location. You guys are awesome!

“My wife and I are beyond happy with our experiences here! Shalimar and Maddie were such a pleasure to work with. They were kind, very helpful, and flexible. A deer hit our vehicle, and was being repaired in the collision center. During this stressful time, Shalimar and Maddie took great care of us. We had a family trip planned, and they were kind enough to give us the Toyota sienna; which made the trip quite comfortable. Our first rental, was the Toyota Tacoma, and it was very nice. Shalimar and Maddie gave a level of customer service that was above and beyond what is typically given nowadays. It was very smart business to give us both of those vehicles as rentals, because my wife and I have considered purchasing both of those vehicles. Now that we got to drive them, we are motivated to buy. We have bought two vehicles from reliable Toyota, and intend to purchase more in the future. We will be customers for life. I intend on actively promoting reliable Toyota to my large network of acquaintances and friends. Great job!”
