“5 stars isn't enough. My original rental canceled moments before I was set to get the vehicle. By chance I saw rent a Toyota and gave them a call. Amazing from start to finish. Customer service was impeccable, car was perfect, price was great. Can't say enough about the staff and the experience as a whole.”

“Great people to deal with. Got a van that had 525 miles on it. I was going down the road and the rear-end caught fire! I was only 8 miles into my trip. Limped it back and was given another van. I just don't know about uhaul. That could have caught the whole van on fire and kilt me! All I got was "I will see if I can get you another van." All I wanted was an I'm Sorry this happened to you.”
“Considering that I didn't have to react with a human being because it was a weekend, this wasn't an altogether bad experience.As an old guy with fat fingers navigating the cell app was a bit cumbersome but all in all picked up the truck I wanted, after hours and dropped it off with a minimal amount of difficulty. I'm sure if I did this regularly it would have been a lot easier.”

“They really do a great job. Great customer service. They fixed a broken weld on the flat bed and was starting to lift up. They got it flattened out and rewelded. And other times, they have fixed body work. Great for fleet vehicles!”
