Incredibly helpful! I needed a part today, and they figured out the part number and told me O’Reilly’s could have it for me today. They sure didn’t have to do the research to find it for me at a competitor, and I am incredibly grateful!

Stopped in on our cross-country RV-trek home, looking for a replacement shock for our RV screen door. The staff was very helpful, and helped us find exactly what we needed. The shop, in general, is well stocked with just about any RV need.

Difficult to work with. I have a Service Contract in hand with approval pending the estimate.
I wanted the Australian Houghton Heat Pump from RecPro.
But this company only wanted to install what their vendor will sell..
Then they recommended replacing the unit with the same 15 year old design Dometic has been trying to discontinue for about 5 years.

We've been coming here for a few years. This last trip was horrible. They had it a month and $2200 later, they didn't fix what we took
it there for. They replaced a perfectly good door handle, we asked to replace the broken door tether. We asked to seal the bottom window seals that roll in and out, they replaced the top seals where the windows don't move. We told them to only fix 3 things from an original list, they fixed the whole list and charged us for all of it. We'll never go back.
