Someone put a dent in my truck's door while it was parked. I saw good reviews on Next Door about The Dent Company in North Glenn. I brought it there for an estimate. They took a picture and sent it to the owner, who texted back, "Friday. $300". I agreed to the price and went on Friday as requested. The hours on the door says open at 8 am, but the place was locked. At 8:30 I finally rang their Ring doorbell and was told they open at 9am. I was told I could drop my key in the lock box outside. No word all day until almost 7:30 that night with a voicemail from the owner, Jordan. "I came up here to fix your truck today. And what, exactly, were you expecting to pay for this, and what type of repair were you wanting?" I called back to confirm what he quoted. Since I was concerned about the message, I drove over to the shop to talk with Jordan the next morning. My truck was nowhere in sight and the door was locked again (during posted business hours). I texted Jordan and found out the truck was inside the shop. He then called and kept repeating there was no way he'd do the job for what he quoted. He said it would cost twice that. I decided to go and pick my truck up and go elsewhere. The combination of poor communication and questionable business practices told me to stay away. If you use this business, hope you have a better experience than I had.

Extraordinary work!!! I would not take any of my vehicles elsewhere. Dependable and solid, they worked with my insurance agency and got me into a rental, and had my vehicle fixed rapidly. I suggest them to everybody I know!

Fixing my car with The Dent Company Auto Hail Repair was excellent! I needed to get my hail repair done on a tight deadline and they worked with me the entire time to help me navigate with my insurance company and keep me in the loop, plus had the fastest turnaround of any company I contacted.
