Used Tax Nerd for the first time in 2023..Went in late March.They told me they were short handed, but eould have taxes done by IRS deadline.I called as deadline neared.They responded, all was well.It was. They filed taxes for me as agreed for refund, and had form for state tax payment ready No probs.Planning to use again.

This company will not reach out to you to let you know if taxes are completed, they will give you the run around and lie about contacting you.I had attempted to reach out to the person doing my taxes and it took 3 calls, (each call was 1 week apart and they promised to get back to me by Monday, and they never did) one online request and physically coming into their location to be able to get a straight answer on when my taxes were completed. I am incredibly disappointed, my father used their services in the past and I never had any of these issues until this year. The most unreliable place and we will not be using their services after this year. They have lost 2 loyal customers.
