Not a bad Target. Plenty of parking and a convenient light makes getting in and out easy. I went in a few days before the 4th of July and while they were busy there were plenty of checkers, so there weren't any lines at the registers. The store was clean and well stocked too.

Staff is unkind, rude. Dressing rooms are disorganized and dirty. Not custome-friendly.

They have a ton of variety in cat food. My inside only darlings are picky & since I also feed the currently only 4 'outside kitties' (I refuse to call them strays-it sounds racist) I'm always looking for different foods to feed them. They have lots more to choose from than you find at Walmart.

I was gifted a dresser set from my parents. (In their 70's). Upon putting it together the drawers did not align properly. I went to return it knowing that I had no receipt. But the store would not provide an exchange (the product was out of stock) which I understand. But they would not provide a gift certificate because the product was "over $100" I spoke with the manager and his name was Larry. He was absolutely unprofessional. He yelled at me. He and I both looked up the policy and what he was stating was NOT the policy at all! He just said, "the system won't let me do it". As I was leaving...I was a good 15 feet away from the desk when he chose to yell (literally yell) "have a good day"...as if to try to make his point. I was already leaving. Why yell at me? We then spoke to Target's customer service and they explained that he was not abiding by the policy. They were apologetic and even offered me a $25 gift certificate. I called the store back and Larry still argued with me. He was even more rude and belligerent. So, I called the customer service department again and a second person stated the same thing. That there was no reason that this store should not exchange the product. They recorded Larry's name. (No last name on his badge but they said that they didn't need it) They asked if I want to try to go to the store again. But Larry was so absolutely rude and nasty that I'm afraid to go be embarrassed by him in front of customers again. I'm a frequent shopper of Target but he was absolutely the WORST representative of Target (or any retailer) that I have ever experienced in my life. He should be fired immediately.

Target is not a man's store. Gas station has more fishing stuff. Almost no automotive. Almost no tools. Great store if you need ladies clothes, shoes, and makeup

Don't actually have anything to say bad about target, just trying to win a bet with a friend. Does anyone actually come here besides middle aged women who do not know how to spend their money? Walmart is right down the street. Why spend $79 on a lamp when I could spend $10 on the same product at Walmart. Sure the lamp will probably break in 5 uses, and sure it probably came from unpaid labor, but it's cheap as s*** and that's all anyone cares about right?! Also Walmart sells ammunition! Let's see target step up their game before I come here again.

Everytime I visit the Target on Primrose I have a great experience! The story is kept extremely clean and the staff are all so friendly - no matter the department.

What kind of a store is this? I went into Target to pick up a few items including a six pack of beer. As I checked out, they asked me for my ID. I am 81 years old and was born in 1940. I immediately walked.

Most of the time things are OK here but there is a manager named LARRY who seriously offended me back at Christmas time. I usually prefer using self check out and this time, I had a full basket of toys and stuff for Christmas presents. As I got up to the self check out stands which were all open with the lights on and ready for use, and only one had someone using it, Larry stopped me and suggested that I have a person check me out, to which I tried to respectfully decline, he told me that he thought it would be easier for me, and he wasn't just being nice, he was demanding and not giving me the choice. I told him that it wouldn't be easier for me in my opinion and I preferred to do it myself. He wasn't going to allow me to ring myself up, and demanded that one of the associates OPEN HER REGISTER just for checking me out. (There wasn't any of those check outs available at the time, he had one opened specially to check me out against my wishes. Seemed like he thought I couldn't possibly afford to buy all the things in my basket or something, like I must be trying to steal something... hmm. So since he wouldn't let use the self check out, and I had shopped for a long time filling the basket with specially thought out items, (or i.would have walked out) , I let the girl check me out and the total was just under $800. I paid with my bank card and walked out, feeling insulted. Wanting to tell Larry that I had probably spent twice his paycheck at Target and other stores that day... he was super rude, to say the least.

Staff at service desk rude and sarcastic during the entirety of a refund process. Passive aggressive at the max and just trying to belittle us. Staff has always been friendly when I usually go in and never have a problem. A bit strange they put the staff with the worst attitude at the service desk. I work retail as well so I get having a bad day and bad customers but we were just trying to get a refund. The employee needs to get a grip.

The management at this store is RUDE! Larry and Sabrina are not kind people. I have not had an issue where I needed management. I have watched their interactions with employees and other customers. They are grouchy and clearly, hate their job!

I know everything is strangely crazy during this virus situation, but that's no excuse to treat people poorly. My wife and I went to this Target on Primrose to look for items for our baby daughter, and we didn't even make it through the door because a very rude employee who was blocking the door with a shopping cart accosted us and demanded to know our purpose for shopping there. We said we were there to shop, and she told us to wait in line. My wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere. Target has lost our business indefinitely. They should treat their customers better.

In store is pretty good, but do not try to call and have a questioned answered because no one answers the phone in this place. When someone finally does answer they are most of the time snarky and overall pissy. I have worked retail and I understand it can be stressful but do not take it out on the Customer.

I have shopped at this target for years and never had any problems at this store. The one time there was a problem, where another customer harassed me on purpose and stepped on my shoe and got an inch away from me shoving me with their body and tried to assault me in an isle, nothing was done by management. Management doesn't care about your safety here. No security were called and no incident report was written. Good luck to anyone shopping at this store, because safety is not something you will get here. The same person will be back into the store assaulting more people and they will not do anything about it or ban them from coming in. If I was at any other store, they would have had a better response to this incident and I was even told this by the police. I will never step foot into this store. The management is careless!
