I can always count on the staxx girls to welcome me and my girls with open arms. With a 2 and 3 year old, it’s hard to shop for clothes, but every single time I enter those doors I’m able to browse comfortably while each one takes turns playing with them. I never ever feel pressured to buy anything, and I’ve only ever had uplifting experiences with each worker there. It’s the best upscale boutique around. Thank you for loving your customers and their rambunctious kiddos

Horrible service. There were 4 girls working just too busy conversing within themselves and I walked in and no one greeted me or helped me. I finally got greeted once I was leaving. Too late.

Staxx is the most wonderful store, from great clothing to the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I shop in a lot of shops and have always gone back to Staxx, they are supportive, uplifting and all around amazing. They help you find the best clothes for what you like, help find you gifts for others, and help you branch out and explore your style. The staff there is the best group of girls, and rather it’s helping you find a perfect outfit, to talking to you about your day they have a special warmth about them that truly expresses their care for the store, and the customers. Best place ever to shop for vacation, homecoming, dinner with friends, summer, first day of school outfit all of it. If you are looking for a store that feels a bit like home, this is it.

I love the Staxx girls!! It's my favorite place to get clothes and jewelry in Springfield. They always host such cute events and pour into the community. They're friendly and will help pull items for you to try on if you need it. If you're looking to shop local, definitely do it here!

Best place to shop for women’s clothes in Springfield. I’ve always had an excellent customer service experience shopping here. The staff are not only knowledgeable but super friendly and helpful. I love that you can find a variety of clothing to choose from. I also love supporting this local small business.

The customer service here SUCKS. You can look around the entire store and be lucky if they acknowledge you. They were extremely rude, and the prices are insane.

When I went in the store I was disappointed. There were two girls working,busy talking to eachother and not one greeted me.I looked around,love the jewelry and sunglasses but not once did anyone say a word to me.There seemed to be some comments about an outfit someone that was there earlier being tacky and honestly the mean girl vibes were strong.I heard a lot of gossip about clients there and just felt like it was a sorority house I entered.I left and probably won't be back due to the girls working being too busy spreading hate instead of love.

I love shopping at Staxx. They have a great variety of styles to choose from. I love that they have business clothes, casual, dressy and boho. Their items are high quality and everything I have purchased has been worth the price!

Horrible customer service! Got all the way to the back of the store and not a single person out of the 3 girls working greeted me or offered any help. They sat behind the counter carrying on their own conversation. Not a single word was said when I walked out. Not the only person this has happened to. Definitely won’t be back

My favorite store in Springfield! They always have the best selection of clothing and gifts and the customer service is unbeatable. No matter what the occasion I know I can always find the outfit I need at STAXX and the employees are always there to help!! Could not recommend more!

I moved to NWA, and even when I come back to Springfield, I enjoy coming into Staxx. It has every style and offers so much diversity within one clothing boutique- contemporary, conservative, formal/dressy, casual/comfortable, name brands and affordable fashion for high end quality. They’ve recently moved to a new larger building and I find this a fantastic fit, it’s open, inviting and so organized. It makes shopping easy, and enjoyable. Everyone that works here is so personable and friendly. I would give 6 stars if I could
