Stopped here to take my children to the restroom and the blonde old lady that works there refused to allow us to use the restroom. She said sorry toilets broken when there was no sign or indication that their facility was out of order. I guess she expects me to believe she shuts the gas station down every time she has to use the restroom so she can got to another gas station to use the restroom. Lousiest woman I've ever encountered

I have IBS. When I started having a diarrhea attack, I pulled over at this store. A sign on the wall said to ask the clerk for the restroom keys. I asked, and was told the restrooms were “closed out.” Thankfully, the Subway across the street hadn’t “closed out” their restrooms, and I was relieved in the nick of time, no thanks whatsoever to Star Mart. The name is convenient, because a worthwhile store might be called Stars Mart. As is, they get one star, and only because zero isn’t an option. ??

Great store good variety of different things and they even had my dog's treats cheaper so I will be going back.

I bought this one hour ago, it does not work. I took it back I did not want my money back I just wanted to trade it. Would not work with me at all. I have been a loyal customer to them, I will not return and I advise anyone else to never go here, these people are selfish and not caring about their customers

The bigger woman who works the late shift is overly rude hateful and disrespectful if she hates her job that much she needs to find a different one or something cause she is way past hateful and I will never go back she needs some home training in manners

If you're looking for a store with friendly service & a smile along with fast convenience I suggest t keep looking. During the week the two ladies that work are rude, will complain about customers to you & I'd dare to say a visit here in the morning will put a damper on your day, yet management refuses to hire better employees.I've been going here for a year now & there hasn't been one attempt to improve their attitude. If they hate their job that much why are they there???It's madding

I have gone here on a daily basis for almost a year now. They tell me what I can or can't buy. They also tell me when I can or can't play their machines. I could go in there today and lose a couple hundred in their slot machines and tomorrow they tell me I can't play. So they try to control their losses I guess. I feel like if I lost money they shouldn't control when I have a chance to win it back

I have to revise my review of this place, clerk just tried to shortchange me after a purchase. I drink, bought a 40, price was $2.15...gave her a $20 and two dimes, she tried to give me a nickle back in change, when I told her I gave her a 20, she didn't 'believe' me, another customer told her I DID give her a 20, she tried to give me back, 17.85, like she 'forgot' the change I had given her, not recommended, if you go there, watch the clerks like a hawk...
