Were able to help me right away with a new fuse in my dryer. Had the part in stock and were able to identify the problem, provide a solution, and a more than fair price. I was really impressed when I installed the part and it was right where he said it was and exactly the right thing. Experience pays so I will be coming back when I need future parts!

I have always used stone parts in the past with reasonable price and good service. My last endeavor was looking for a refrigerator light bulb which no one had. It was an LED bulb, Stone said they could order one but it was pricey and had to have the fridge model # and it would be $75-120. I ordered the exact same bulb with all the same specs and no model # needed for $16 from amazon. AND IT WORKS. Stone parts lost a customer, don't rip people off.

Old guy who acted like he owned the place was incredibly rude and mocking about me wearing mask. Even though I was only wearing it cause I still had a bad cough and didn't want to spread it.Response to owner: I'm sure that's what they told you, and the younger guy who rang me up was nice and helpful but thanks to the other guy who is rude every time I need something from your store. I'll be begrudgingly shopping online unfortunately.

Owner is rude, if you have tattoos he will assume your a thiefand you don't actualy work for said compantcompany, even though you have an account still felt the need to call my employer to verify even though i had been in multiple other times had no issues, also field testing a thermostat with a lighter is silly, I understand it works but we're not cave men, and good luch buying any form of board from these people, most of there items are junk and 50% of the time need to be returned,be professional don't judge customers and be rude, oh and the overpriced restock fees are rediculous
