My regular pair have recently been retired and I had to get a new pair today as I am a dance teacher and need shoes to teach my classes tomorrow.In addition to dance shoes, Gayle also carries a large variety of leotards/tights/dance wear for both dancers and gymnasts.I am very impressed and will definitely be recommending this store to all my students for their dance needs!”

I'm a former Store Mgr. at a similar place in a neighboring state who took a store from last (out of 17) to 3rd in 1 yr. You've got to get to know your customers and go the extra mile (special orders, etc.), which, frankly No One in Springfield retail seems to. But, again, this store has the stuff.”

“They're always super helpful and nice BUT I'm happy to tell you that last night I left a $100 bottle of cologne there. Was trying on shoes and left it on the seat, once I got home I realized it but they were already closed.This morning I called and told them and they said instantly that they have it so I was able to come get it. Anyone that works there could have easily just kept it and nobody would've ever know but they put it up for me and I really really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity. Very knowledgeable on the differences in the golf balls . They regrip clubs and bend lofts and have almost every accessory available.”

Place was very active on 07/04/2021, & now again in March 2024 but staff was efficient. I had a pair after 2 try ons. Also pleased w Eric Johnson generous donations of shoes for out Oncology nurse banquet. He is a great supportive of community as he also donates shoes to victory mission.I again stopped in Fleet Feet in March 2024 to get a colorful pair of Hoka.s but didn't have my size. This time a asked for Men's size & all my patients in my chemo area noticed the colors right off as I wore them .All of my co-workers or oncology clients when we have Hokas on , talk about them. Esp my Miami Dolphins fans/ Minnesota with the blue colors/ purple colorsAgain, Eric donated pairs of shoes for our Oncology banquet & the staff can't wait to sign up for these pairs I have.This year 2024 is Monster Bash so Eric will be sending you a note on date.
