Tonight, we pulled into the parking lot at 10:56PM and the girl locked the door. My bf went up to the door and she wouldn't let him in. They still had 4 mins left til closing at 11PM. I think that was a poor business decision because your company lost the business AND now you have a bad review from an unhappy consumer.
