I have ordered from them many time but this time my delivery was to be here on Thursday it never showed up I called they said it would be here Friday still no delivery and I waited 3 hours each day. To be told they could set up a delivery for the next Friday.

Good food but the worst company to do business with. Tech problems, a chat system that is a computerized disaster, disconnected local number, two week delay in delivery and I could go on but I’m being nice.

Besides being overpriced but willing, in some limited cases to overlook price alone for convenience, the customer service is nothing short of "terrible", totally non-responsive, and no willingness to pass you on to some who may help (probably at the direction of those who are too lazy or ignorant to do any problem solving). They promise delivery, don't deliver and when you call they tell you nothing, no explanation, set up another delivery date, you stay home and wait, and again they don't show up. HORRIBLE they don't care about customers and are certainly not a "customer service" company. Forget them and use anyone else notwithstanding a few of their ice cream products are pretty good. This company otherwise "sucks"!
