We went here about a month ago for high quality CLEAN boneless ribeye steak. They delivered just that. The gentleman that helped me was professional, courteous, and enjoyable to speak with. He also cut 4 one pound boneless ribeye steaks virtually perfect. I think he was off by one one thousands of a pound! That takes skill you don't get overnight. This is our Go-to butcher shop from now on. Check em out.

Best meat....hard to eat any other steak after eating the steaks from here......wish we didn't live an hour and a half away...also love the shaved ribeye....the pork steaks...the ground beef.....well, everything has been very very good......See you tomorrow....

My husband and I are from California and had been searching for a place to find quality beef. This meat market surpasses even the best meat we had in California! It is superior quality and fair price points. We got to talk with Julie the owner a little when we visited and she is the real deal, very humble and precious but also educated in the beef industry, we could tell she cared a lot about what went into her store. If you haven't tried it, you need to, it is definitely worth it. We won't buy meat anywhere else!

This is where you should go for meat.Aside from adding Braums for dairy, I have added this place to my grocery shopping routine. It is the ONLY place to buy meats.I can always find a nice cut of premium meats and outstanding service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I love their selection of locally made spices and jams. This place has it all from cheeses and wine to bourbon.

Great store with a terrific selection of quality beef, brats, and so much more. They will do special orders if you call in ahead of time. The hubs makes beef jerky and was thrilled with the meat they provided along with great customer service. They also offer a nice selection of for purchase wine and spirits as well as charcuterie items. Saw they also do deli sandwiches, will have to try next time around!

Really nice quality meat products. And wines and a variety of other items can buy . Locally owned which that really means a lot . Have met the owners really super nice people. And even seen the stock they really out did there self in there operations my hats off to you and may you custom meats do fantastic. And try there meat products wow . Should be a 10 star even the employees are very nice and professional about there products thanks

High prices and the steak at Walmart tastes way better and is more tender. The last 2 times I’ve gotten steak in there it has gone bad in the fridge in under 3 days. Not to mention their wagyu is not really wagyu. It’s a wagyu cross that comes out looking like choice or prime at best. Your wallet will be hurting when you realize you’ve paid for big marketing and git small steaks that don’t even really taste that good.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were very helpful, went to the back to bring out a cut of meat I was looking for and cut it down to size. Service is outstanding, quality of meat outstanding. Definitely will be back

Just an overpriced spot for rich people to spend 25 a pound on some pretty average meat and "artisanal snacks". Save your money, go to hormanns or another good butcher in town
