Please give your drivers better safety training. Not only for their own safety and others, but for the companies reputation.
On my way to work at 7:30 AM this morning just south of the Division exit on 65, an RPM truck pulled off the side of the road from a complete stop on the highway about 200 feet in front of me.
I was going 65 mph in the slow lane. Thankfully the biker in the middle lane could see this and gave me a bit of space. Otherwise, I may have hit the RPM truck.
There was absolutely NO one behind me for at least a quarter to half mile.

It's like Affordable Towing 2.0, I wasn't surprised by the negative reviews regarding the corrupt and unprofessionalism behaviors plus damage to vehicles and unlawful tows. People should not expect sympathy from people that lack competence let alone good customer service. And not to sound like a broken record or like every other review (You're not fooling anyone with those fake good reviews) however my car was also unlawfully towed. My car broke down right at the O'Reilly's on Glenstone and Chestnut, I have the receipt to prove that I bought a belt 30 minutes before they closed and communicated with the staff about my car staying because an O'Reilly's staff member had offered to put the belt on and said it would have to stay overnight and that was fine. Not even 24 hours my car had been towed away. O'Reilly said there is a contract between the owner of the property that states that they do sweeps and tow away cars. RPM had no idea how long my car was there for but they took it anyways. I was a customer of O'Reilly's and have picture proof of my receipt and they that took my car unlawfully. I even offered to work something out with them but they said unless I pay $254 my car is stuck in there. It's not quirky or cute or even make your dick go from micro to colossal by mistreating people.

Called to confirm their hours before I drove down there, guy let me know they’d be there till 5. I’m here at 4:10, no one is here. I call the number, the guy says no one will be back at the shop til 7:00. I tell him the business hours say til 4:30 on Google, and the side of the building, he very rudely tells me “it don’t matter what the building says”.
If you have office hours, keep them. That’s the whole point of having them, so people can expect when you'll be accessible.

We had our car tow home and we got a ride home with the tow the driver was very nice.wedidnt have to wait very long are all he was early he waited on us we were at the bank taking care of some business he waited for us to finshu up The ride home was pleasant..I If I need an other tow I will call RPM TOW

Would not stop backing up to our vehicle to allow us to move it and hooked up in front of us anyway and charged $100 to unhook it.

Tim arrived quickly after we were involved in a hit-and-run 3 miles from our vacation destination at 10:00 PM. He got our disabled car loaded, then delivered us directly to our condo. He recommended Tri Lakes Ford dealership for repairs and it turned out to be a great deal for us! Thanks, Tim! You made our bad night much better.
