I would not recommend taking your jewelry to this place. I took my ring in to have it retipped. I was told the center diamond needed a new head on it. When I got the ring back the center diamond was not put on strait. I didn't notice it at first but it was very disappointing. I didn't bother taking it back because I am afraid they will mess it up more.

Run as fast as you can===Don't even go in this place--he doesn't have a clue what you are talking about he kept saying I don't understand--I finally said you mean you dont understand me because you don't speak English.

I just found this place and I worked both with Jennifer and her husband. He resized a ring and dipped it. it looks like new. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I now will be going there with all my jewelry needs.

Great customer service! I called to get prices on a ring repair and they answered their phone and priced it at exactly what they charged me. They fixed my ring perfectly and gave me infomation on how to care for it until the stone was set. They also had it done on time as they had told me! Great experince, will go back again!

I had a gem put into a ring here, they had to make a setting to put the gem in properly and it turned out amazing, only took about a week for them to get it fixed for me and it was 150$ cheaper than another jeweler in town quoted me! Best place in town hands down!

I personally love their service, always go there and they never fail to impress me. My experiences with other places were a fail. I had my ring taken to one place on battlefield where I asked my ring to be cleaned and rounded, I paid 25.00 and it looked awful. I drove to Roses on Campbell and asked them to do it, they didn't even charged me and my ring looked better than ever. I always get great customer service and quality service on my jewelry. I highly recommend them. :)
