I came in not sure what the program consisted of or if could even qualify let alone afford to get new tires but when it was all said and done I was back on the road with new tires and no interest for 6 months. Thank you Rick for all your help. You made everything super easy!!!

I'm Angel, I've recently purchased a set of tires from Rick at RNR off Glenstone.Today I noticed a flat tire while at work. I called the roadside assistance plan that was sold to me when I bought the tires.I was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy the tire change was. I'm here at RNR to repair the flat now.Very pleased, I Will be back!

I've always been skeptical of who I do business with, I got recommended by a friend at work and finally went up to look at some tires and wheels. I went in figuring to find nothing or just the same old business cash grabbing, but it was a totally different experience. Rick has the best attitude you could ask for along with the staff, they actually act like they want to help and the deal i got was way more than i expected. I was a 1st time customer and I felt like I had been a life long when I walked out the door. I left there being thankful I tried something new and appreciating everyone. I won't go anywhere else for tire needs. 5-star business.

I had no issues with RNR up until recently. They are great on working with payments, and I thought had great customer service until now. I took my car in to have the wheel changed using the warranty. I had to wait over the weekend for my tire to come in and also waited almost 3 hours, about 330- until close, to have it done. With that being said I was okay waiting, I understand I came in on a Friday and they had to order the tires. I was even okay when I dropped my car off before they opened and came after my shift and my car still wasn't done. They explained my tires did not come in the first delivery truck. I understood that as well.What I didn't understand is when I dropped my car off I left the key in the car on the seat and gave them my car code. After waiting around 3 hours for my car to finally get done. A worker came in to tell me my car was done and when I asked for my key, he told me the car died while they were working on it and said he kept the key in the ignition so it didn't die again. I was in a rush to try to go work more and said ok and went about my way. It wasn't until I got home and realized that when I turned my car off the car key would not come out because the car would not gear completely to park.When I called back the next morning I spoke with Rick, it seems he was miss informed because he tried to tell me they handed my key back and when I explained to him that it was not handed back to me, he told me he would have the regional manager call. I waited for the call and this call is the reason I will never do business with RNR again. I explained the situation to the on duty regional manager Michael. I was understandably upset because at the point I had 2 options, let my car continue to run continously or let it sit and die, which I would have to call my insurance for roadside assistance, which I had to do multiple times. Even though I was upset I approached the situation with a calm tone, never yelled or got out of hand. I work customer service so I have been on the other side. I know how it is to be screamed at over something you can not control so I always compose myself regardless of how upset I am. Anyways after explaining the situation that I explained above. Michael started telling me that it was his understanding i had multiple issues with my car. And someone told him i had trouble starting my car. I let him know all my car issue only pertained to the wheels and had been fixed before I got my new tires. Which was required because if there is a car issue that causes tires to go out it voids the warranty, also understandable. But never had issues with my ignition. Michael proceeded to tell me to "stop playing victim " and " stop accusations toward his employees". When I asked what accusations he continued to try to control the conversation by telling me he would hang up if I don't stop talking while he was talking but in return would cut me off in every sentence. I tried to explain all I wanted was to bring in my car to see if the same mechanic that worked on my car and look and try to undo anything that was done. Michael took this opportunity to start mocking me and then the telling me to go to my usual mechanic, which I did and my mechanic told me that RNR needs to fix the issue because he ( who has worked on my car since 2020) had never seen issues in my transmission or removing the key.Hopefully no one else has to tun into any issues like this But please know if something goes wrong with your car while in RNRs care they will not assist and just try to place blame back on you. My shift get cover was ripped open and down in the floor under my emergency brake there is a open hole that was not exposed before. So to tell me the mechanics did nothing but change the tire isn't accurate. But once again they will not fix it. So beware and be careful especially of companies that do not record service phone calls.

RNR tire express on North glenstone in springfield mo. Is amazing they helped me with no hesitation Mr. Rick at the desk helped me even though I didn't know a lot of information I had a blow out on my car and he was able to get me in the same day I called. They helped me and the whole crew was amazing ! So worth the time !! Highly recommend

I went in to get new tires because it was the adult thing to do. Rick helped me choose which ones even tho I am not knowledgeable in this area he explained every question I had with a smile on his face. We even had a few laughs. David came in next to go over all the paperwork and again explained everything down to a t. But the biggest shoutout would have to go to Jacob and the boys in the shop who found my Pandora bracelet under my seat. This bracelet is one of my prized possessions and I thought I had lost it over a month ago. Thanks to you all at RnR for a wonderful experience and getting me back on the road with some new shoes?

Not only were these guys friendly and quick(hard to come by), but my son left his favorite dinosaur in the store. We came back the next day and as soon as Steven saw my face, he pulled the dinosaur out of his drawer with a huge smile. They understood the importance. Steven dealt with me from the beginning and he kept me consistently updated on when my tires would be in. Once the tires were in, they got to me so quickly and I was back on the road in an hour give or take.Rick was phenomenal and he really had a way of making a lady feel at home there, too. At the end of our transaction I jokingly said I'd be back every Saturday just to hang with them. That's how awesome the atmosphere was and you can't beat the services that they offer. I hate writing bad reviews but I would advise to avoid using this place they took 3 hrs and then didn't have enough air in 2 of my tires put the wrong size on and then told me they gave me 10 percent off on that set and it's fine to use wrong size. They was supposed to get me the correct size and I made a trip back after they told me they had them then they didn't have them after all not to mention they put the cheapest tires on and triple the price on them. I'm now gonna have to buy tires somewhere else because I told them to put my old back on I don't trust them to do anything else to my car.

I'm rating on customer service aspect of it which ill rate that a 5 star the time factor is another thing it took a long time to get done and out of there Idk where the express part of it comes into it maybe u change the name to r&r tire but over all it was great.....way better on north glenstone then there other store on south Campbell

Good place to shop for tires. The employees answered all my questions. And kept me up to date on how long it was gunna take. Will definitely go back.
