Wonderful hotel! Very clean & large rooms. Have a sliding door balcony, full fridge, stove, & comfortable beds. Jocelyn (hope I remembered her name right) was extremely friendly & helpful. Good continental breakfast. Would HIGHLY suggest this hotel!! Def would stay agn.

Clean rooms and decent service. Staff will do whatever is necessary to make your stay comfortable. Convenient location in Springfield, Missouri. It's around many businesses and restaurants. Has the free breakfast each morning.

Staff was incredibly friendly - I accidentally locked myself out and it just so happened the door battery died at the same time. Very bizarre - yes - my office thought it was hilarious.
