Edit to Add:It took 2 months, several phone calls and messages to receive the contract for the purchase. If you buy from this place, you better get EVERYTHING in writing and do not leave without your contract, your "certified pre-owned" inspection, keep everything because they will screw you over. And their one year free maintenance? One oil change and two tire rotations. That's it. They want you to change your oil every 10k so that is about a year of driving. No thanks. From what I've seen from this place, I just spent the $50 to have it done and discount tire does rotations for free. Misleading, just like everything else about this dealership.Had to take the car in again for low coolant for the hybrid system. Figured it was either leaking somewhere or the cooling system was overworking itself. Found the fan was dirty and needing a clean. From looking at it, they didnt even check this during their "inspection" which is odd because this is a vital component to keeping your hybrid battery system functioning properly. It was filthy. The fan, filter, and cover for the fan were covered in dirt. So they were supposed to top it off and check for leaks, clean the fan, filter, etc. Waited 2 hours and it was told it was completed. I drove down the road to a place I needed to stop at before I went home. I decided to pop the hood and take a look. Coolant was still low..fan was still dirty but they did seem to clean off the filter a bit. Drove right back and had them take it in again. I'm not sure what is going on with this service department. 2 times within 2 weeks of purchase is 2 times too many.If you value your familys safety, stay away. Don't go off the reviews and think this place is any better than corwin or any of the other terrible dealerships in town. Their "certified cars" that go through their "160 point inspection " is a complete joke. I purchased a used prius that upon looking at it, had a huge roofing nail in the passenger rear tire. The spot where the nail was at was on the outer tread too close to the sidewall to repair. (I've had enough nails in my truck tires from the landfill to know). I asked the salesman, Will, if this tire would be replaced. He said of course. So fast forward to a day before we came in to finalize the paperwork, I asked again, if they had replaced the tire. Because suspiciously enough, they were all the same brand still. He again said yes. So I just thought they had that brand available.I took the car immediately to Oklahoma because I make several trips there a month. On returning, I noticed the rear tire was making some road noise. Took it to discount tire, whom I've done business with for 10 years, just because I had a feeling they had lied to me. And lo and behold, they did and plugged that tire. Now it was starting to cause a bubble in the sidewall, which you could see and physically feel. That's not the worst of it. They FOUND A SECOND TIRE that the sidewall was cracked from driving to low on and was trashed. So now I've got to replace all 4 tires because apparently with AWD, you need to have all 4 as close as possible in tread, size, etc or you could screw up the drive train. I would have not purchased a AWD had I known this because what a pain! I took it in and they did replace all 4 tires but I think did so just to avoid a lawsuit. Because when i was finished, they gave me ZERO paperwork stating the work that was done. That car wouldn't even have passed a state inspection much less what they said they put it through. So now I'm wondering what else they missed. My family was in that car going down the Oklahoma turnpike at 75 mph with 2 bad tires. If you are too cheap to replace small car tires, at least say something so I could have done so myself. Apparently saving money is more important to them than your family's safety. And they'll tell you that, " oh just give us a call if you need anything, we're here for you even after the sale" . Hogwash. They'l

Jack Dugger got me setup in my first vehicle purchase ever. He was very personable and honest with me through the whole process. He made sure to keep me updated on everything from inspection to detailing to that my truck was ready to take home. He’s helped sell my mother-in-law two cars and she was also well pleased in her experience so I am glad I was able to have him as my sales guy. Definitely will keep him in mind the next time I’m looking for a vehicle!

Michael Thompson did a great job on helping me get into the best car I’ve ever owned! 11/10 would recommend anyone to go to this dealer. They worked with my extremely tight schedule and had me in and out in less then 3 hours from the time I got there to the time I drove off the lot in my brand new Corolla. Best part of it all is everyone made me feel right at home while I was there. Great experience, with great people. Thank you Reliable Toyota!

Great buying experience! Customer satisfaction is #1. Ask for Jack Dugger. After a car accident, we were faced with challenges. Time, finance, and selecting the right car for our needs were top priority. Jack walked through every step with us. He set up the framework of understanding us. We had limited finances, a time crunch from the insurance company, and the loss of a vehicle. He helped find a car that fit our not only our needs but our "wants". Purchased a used vehicle from Toyota Reliable's used car lot, the salesman, Dalton Pearce, whom didn't even work at the used lot and stepped right in to help when I stumbled into the wrong building to test drive a Lincoln... Dalton was amazing to work with, he went above and beyond to make our experience and purchase better than we could have expected!We had some issues within minutes of driving the vehicle home, Dalton went out of his way to help us get in with the right department to get it fixed, Lexus ended up doing all the work and covered all the parts and labor.Ryan in the service dept went out of his way to take care of us, even though he didn't need to as it was a used vehicle and not a Lexus. The Service Manager, Dennis handled things if Ryan wasn't available, Dennis was very understanding of the situation and made sure our vehicle was a priority and we were taken care of.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase something from Dalton at Toyota, he was awesome to deal with, as was Ryan and Dennis at Lexus in the Service dept. The only issue we had was with the Reliable's Used car lot sales manager, Mike, he was absolutely awful and if not for Dalton @Toyota and the guys @Lexus making it right this review would have been much more negative.

Daniel Enlow was amazing to work with! He was attentive, thorough and took his time. He met with me on several different occasions to discuss my buying options and made the process the easiest one to date. Normally with these types of deals I feel pushed and rushed but I felt none of that with Daniel E. I will definitely be referring any of my friends and family to him when wanting to buy a car. Had a terrible service experience. We spent over $33,000 on my wife's 2022 Corolla Cross XLE and was our first brand new car purchase. After an unfortunate incident with a runaway trash can we spent $5,500 with their body shop. So when we made an appointment for a recall that involved pulling the A-pillars and seeing if the dash had the preforations for the airbag to function correctly and safely. We had no hesitation. We dropped our vehicle off the night before. We then received a text message saying it was completed the next day. Excited, I went to pick up my wife's vehicle, unfortunately that's where it all went south. Upon entering the vehicle, there was a crack straight through the driver's line of sight. We have had this vehicle in for multiple services, always before they were required. When we dropped it off, there was a chip, that we had filled, a year and a half prior. The vehicle had been there multiple times since. After questioning the crack, it escalated to speaking with Adam Guise. My father was with me dropping me off and stayed to see everything. Mr. Guise walked out, with everything short of an eye roll, and said to me, "Well due to expansion and contraction bla bla bla." I asked him if they inspect the vehicles for damage after dropped off and he replied that they didn't. That was not what I was told previously. This escalated to him getting in my face, and me and him getting into a yelling match. I can agree that I know I was upset, but showing up to a cracked windshield will do that. After being called a dumb a** by him, he then told me to leave or he would call the police. Then informed me I should find a different place to get my car serviced. As you can imagine, this was not a life altering statement for me, because I would not spend a penny with them now. I went and bought a 2023 Kia Forte GT instead of a GR86 because of Mr.Guise. It's a great car and I haven't had any issues with their service manager!

I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM, with Bruce, to negotiate the purchase of a new truck. When I arrived at the dealer Bruce was not there to meet me. He had not called or contacted me in any way to say he would not be there at 10:00. I left very upset and as I was on my way back home Bruce called me and when I tried to tell him that he was giving the dealership a bad name he hung up. I have received no follow-up of apology. This dealership does not deserve my business.Richard

I highly recommend working with Jakob Brownlow if you’re thinking about purchasing a new vehicle! Spending a chunk of money on a new vehicle is a big decision and he was not only patient and understanding, but, I wanted something very specific and he worked really hard to find what I wanted. My process was about 8 months and I can’t say enough about how good he was at checking in as well as not being pushy. We worked with Ian for our loan and even that went better than expected. We were ready for the high pressure sales pitch on all the warranties and he was a genuinely nice guy not trying to push us into anything, just made sure we knew what was available. The whole process at Reliable Toyota in Springfield was refreshing!

Spoke with Dustin in the parts department. Way to early in the morning and I had not even had my coffee yet, he was so easy to work with. Fast, easy, not picky about wording. Didn't talk to me like a idiot even though I sound like a child on the phone. All in all 100% recommend!
