I scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM, with Bruce, to negotiate the purchase of a new truck. When I arrived at the dealer Bruce was not there to meet me. He had not called or contacted me in any way to say he would not be there at 10:00. I left very upset and as I was on my way back home Bruce called me and when I tried to tell him that he was giving the dealership a bad name he hung up. I have received no follow-up of apology. This dealership does not deserve my business.Richard

Bought a 4 Runner from Brandon Watson. Thought it elwas a great experience with a good vehicle and great deal. Left the dealership and found that the 3rd row seat was damaged by what looks like some sort of chemical spill or battery that ate through the seat. Was told by Brandon that I was pretty much lying that it wasn't there when I purchased the vehicle even though I contacted him within days of driving off the lot. Not happy with being called a liar. And they will not do anything to rectify the situation. Especially since I live 4 hrs away.

I don't know what has happened to customer service these days , but it's clear the customer just doesn't matter here. Everyone knows that buying a car is a little give and take. On an obviously overpriced car that will immediately need a tune up and new tires all they were willing to do was $275 off! And what is with this extra $600 " administration fee"? So I'm paying for the car; that you make $ off of and then I pay a fee on top of that for you to just do your job?!?! Especially since I'm looking to buy basically the same car I already have at home and bought previously from them. As a single mom who works two jobs and has purchased two cars for my kids already and my son is now looking to buy a Toyota tundra; this place just lost my families business.

Dishonest people. Would not recommend buying a used vehicle or taking a vehicle in for service. Bought a used truck from here that had a check engine light on when I test drove it. Was told it was a sensor and it would be replaced, and that the already overdue maintenance would be performed before they sold it. All they did was clear the code and change the oil. The morning after I bought it, the check engine code resurfaced. I reached out to the sales department and was ignored. Had to replace a glow plug myself on my own dime. All they care about is getting your money and as soon as they have it, they will move on and forget about you.

We had a fantastic time with Anthony Archuletta, he had a very good energy about him and helped us in any way he could. I took off a star because of the finance department and this review is NOT a reflection of the fantastic time we had with Anthony. I called over a dozen times to talk to someone in the finance department to see if we would go through them or our credit union, when I couldn't get through I went through our bank and then it took them 2 days and 10 minutes before underwriting closed for the week for them to send the necessary paperwork. I took off the second star because the place that they take the vehicles to get washed scratch my paint on my brand new vehicle with a razor blade , Anthony got us a paint corrector that Im waiting to come in so hopefully that will remedy the situation

I took my car in to get the O2 sensor replaced when I got my vehicle back they said that somehow the hybrid battery had gone bad in the span of time that they had it I kind of awkwardly chuckled and asked how that worked and Adam guise the service manager got in my face yelled at me put his hands in my face in front of the entire service department I asked them what I was supposed to do and they basically said that I was on my own and I understood that the O2 sensor being replaced that didn't solve the problem wasn't their issue I told them that I understood that it didn't solve the problem but it made a completely new problem and something had to have happened I asked them how long I had to get my car off of the lot and they told me that they'd had a fellow that had left this car in their lot for a year and no one said anything. Today Adam guise called me again and said that I had to the end of the week to move my vehicle I told him I was in the process of it and asked if I could know who I was speaking to and he hung up on me like a child The lack of professionalism and accountability of this business is astonishing. And before you say Please reach out to our Marketing Manager, Lincoln Whisler, at 417-200-9993 as soon as possible. I've already called him and he will not respond. *Adam Guise is the service manager

Purchased a vehicle in April of 2023 and it's now July of 2023 and still do not have title registration. Was first told the salesman who made the sale was no longer there which tells me there was no one to take care of his remaining paperwork. Then I was told it was expected to arrive in one to two days and it would be overnighted along with a check to cover late fees, that was over a week ago, called again and was told the same story about the salesman who did the sale was no longer there but someone would get back with us on Monday. Still waiting.......... I've been pulled over once and luckily was given a warning. I have to use this vehicle for work. I'll never do business here again nor will I suggest anyone else to.

My old car broke down pretty bad so I went shopping online and saw a used 06 Honda Accord with low ish miles priced at 6550 and thought it was a decent deal. I saw the high reviews at Reliable Toyota and thought it would be a good dealership, trustworthy and professional and whatnot.At the door, I was helped by Anthony Archuleta. I told him the car I was looking at and he looked it up and we took it for a test drive. It drove nice, it was in decent condition, from my research online, 06 Honda Accords have a good reputation. Had to get a new car because I was starting a new job the next week and needed a car for work. So I asked them to go ahead with finding me financing.I could only put the last of my savings of $2000 for a down payment which I thought should be plenty for a $6500 car. Went through the paperwork. Saw a number 9000 on the paperwork and asked them about it. They literally said "oh that's just the amount of you'd pay off if you were only making the minimum payments" .That kinda made sense so I continued.I couldn't drive it off the lot since they said they had to get it in to the shop to give it the standard maintenance and a detail. Needed the car the next week to start my new job and told them that, they said they'd have it ready but it wasn't ready.Had to drive my old car with the muffler held on by strap and a super bad oil leak for days to my new job while the car I bought was still in the "shop". I asked for information on what exactly they were doing to it. Never got the same answer. Thought maybe I'd get some paperwork for the work they did, never got that either.Finally they got the car delivered to me because I was at work. Remembered how the finance guy told me after I asked him to clarify where my down payment went...he said "should have about 4800 left". It was a lie.Instead of the down payment going to a total sale price of $6880 the total was $9000 something. Adil Mahmood who was probably training the guy in finance came over after the papers were signed to shake my hand and aggressively ask for my immediate review.Couldn't be more disgusted with whole experience.

Awesome place to buy parts from vs online. Very clean and awesome staff to help you with any parts you need. I recently pick up my front and rear sway bars from them. Priced very competitive and guess what I didn’t have to wait for parts to ship. Walked in and out in about 15 minutes.
