Ken Olson and Mark Dalangin treated me so well and gave me the courage to buy an expensive car. Ian Thompson got me to leave Bentonville 15 hours after sent me an email. Ian the finance guy made a typically painful part of car buying less painful (and he gave me two ibuprofin for the pain of spending so much). Thank you so much for my 2024 RX 350 F SPORT!

I took my perfect running car there for a routine oil change. They completed the oil change and gave the car a good bill of health. I drove the car for approximately two weeks before I started hearing a noise under the hood. When I decided to check the oil. The dealership service never completely refilled the oil. It was not even reading on the dipstick i had to add 2.5 quarts of 0w-20. My car had no leaks and does not burn oil. These incompetent mechanics ruined my engine!!!!

Automotive Dealerships are often rated on the newness of the facility. In the Luxury Vehicle Market, everyone has a nice facility. The Luxury Guest want something I call "Personalized Service". Being treated like a unique individual with very specific needs. That takes a quality team working together. To the credit of Mr. Rick Meewes, the dealer principle/managing partner of Reliable Lexus and team, they have struck a balance of Quality Produce, Service, Inventory, and Personalized Service. People tend to forget, taking delivery of a luxury vehicle is a very emotional event. Enjoying the process is as much the attitude of the dealerships as it is the guest. Servicing your vehicle is and should be the same. Reliable has their act together. Lexus as a brand should be very proud of the work this team does for their current, future and new clients. Bravo.

Fantastic Customer Service! I spent a lot of time researching cars and dealerships before choosing a used vehicle from Reliable Lexus. Though I didn't have an appointment (yes; this is now "a thing") and the vehicle I chose was not a Lexus, I was still treated like "Lexus Royalty", from the minute I walked in and was greeted by Angie. What a bright light she is! From there I was introduced to my salesman, Alex DeLuca, who was fantastic; the best salesman I've ever worked with, actually. He was friendly, was patient and answered all of my questions, took me on a nice test drive where I could really feel the car move, showed me all of the amazing features (how did he know so much??), and walked me through a very easy sales transaction. The Managing Partner, Tony Stubblefield, was attentive and interested in seeing that my questions were answered and my car-buying needs were met. I got a really good deal on my trade-in and can't say enough nice things about this place. If you want to buy a car, I can highly recommend this dealership, and particularly Alex as your salesman. You will be glad you took my advice, believe me.

I have no experience with the sales department but very disappointed In the service department's customer service. This is my second visit, first visit was fine. I scheduled the service online and asked for a call back to confirm the service time and recommended items that needed to be completed per the mileage. No call back, arrived and they asked me what I wanted done. I said the maintenance indicator said oil and filter change. Not sure why they couldn't determine that and needless to say, 2.5 hours for an oil change and maybe a wash. They also didn't offer a loaner for the 2.5 hours.
