made an appointment and was assured my car would be done the same day. after arriving for the appointment was told it would take 3-6 days just to diagnosis the car and they tried renting me a car. they will try and milk every dollar out of u. Horrible

I was very pleased with the great customer service I received at Reliable Chevrolet. Dustin Tran didn't give up until he found the car I had described to him that I wanted. Dustin is very polite and courteous. Dustin gave me the time I needed to make my decision which I really appreciated. I love my car. Thank you Dustin.

This dealership is the epitome of what is wrong with the car business. I took my car on on Friday for a routine oil change. On Monday we took it back because of various codes. The engine oil was so low it didn't register. The engine us ruined. The dealer will not make it right. Shameful and disgusting!
