Eric was terrific. Patient and helpful and he listened to my needs and wants. He had an excellent knowledge of all the boots and I was able to walk out with boots that fit perfectly. AND he oiled my grubby old boots.

Been coming to this store for 5-6 years and each time I'm left in awe of their professionalism and helpfulness.
