Overpriced! They had a dress for $100.. just a used summer dress. There is no dressing rooms and you can only get store credit if things don't fit. Really trying to rip you off here.

I don't go in there anymore. Due to getting arrested for falling asleep on their couch waiting for a phone call back.

Unfortunately the prices have gotten way too high for a thrift store. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Way too overpriced. Not a good charity even. I recommend donating to places like thrift haven in town who actually help the community and aren't money hungry

I'm a regular here, since Red Racks is open longer hours than other thrift stores in the area. I spend probably $100-$150 on average here monthly. It's a clean store with appealing visual merchandising and well-organized sections. My favorite is the vintage section, which surprisingly often has plus size women's apparel! (Thank you to whoever donates this stuff in my size on the regular - I appreciate you for keeping my wardrobe fresh, funky, and interesting!) If you go on the right days of the week, the whole store is a treasure trove.Occasionally the store will seem borderline empty and picked over. I do think they need to be pickier with the kitchen section. I see flaking nonstick pots and pans almost every visit, and these are a health hazard. They keep the fast fashion (Shein, etc) to a limited percentage of the racks in the women's clothing, but I can tell when the store is short on inventory, because I see more fast fashion brands.Since there are a lot of problems with drug abuse and transients in the area, the bathrooms are locked, and you have to ask an employee to unlock it. If you have IBS or are disabled, might not be easy to find an employee with a bathroom key. I also wish they would bring back fitting rooms, as they only accept exchanges and not returns, but I assume this was for the same reasons. My only real gripe aside from bathrooms/fitting rooms is the pricing. A used mall brand T-shirt (Old Navy, Loft, American Eagle, etc) is often $8 or more; dirty used no-name shoe brands might be priced $15 or more. I don't know if they do it to discourage resellers, but it's often quite irritating. I still find bargains and their vintage section is VERY fairly priced compared to some stores, it just requires some savvy shopping. With that being said, Red Racks sends out coupons often, and if you join their loyalty program, you can accumulate discounts very quickly. Employees work their tails off and usually know how to stack discounts to get you the best deals.

Bought a ceramic figurine from them. They stuck a price tag on it with horrible tape. Not only did it damage the paint on the figurine, they used the tape to hide a hole that was on the base of the figurine. Dishonorable practice.

This place has lost its damn mind with some of its pricing. I used to enjoy finding second hand goods but if I’m going to pay full retail price either way, I would rather buy something brand new. “The future of thrift is here” is their motto and if this is the future of thrift, then it’s a sad sad future.

If you want to pay retail prices for secondhand clothes, then this place have you covered. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a location that calls itself a “thrift store” and is charging 80 dollars for a jacket that retails for maybe a 100. These types of stores really hurt thrifting as a whole and I hope they fix their prices.
