“After calling the uhaul on Campbell and having a horrible phone experience with an employee I called the Glenstone store and John answered and was very professional, knowledgeable,friendly and helpful. I told him I wanted to rent a pickup and he explained the details and other options. The guy that checked us out Demetrius was also very nice”
“The Penske team helped me out big time in a pinch over the weekend while driving to Denver. U-Haul had completely failed to deliver on my reservation. But within a 5 minute call and 10 minute pick up at Penske I was on my way with a truck. It was such an easy process and I wish I had used them over U-Haul to begin with. The truck was very comofortable with cruise control, leather seats, and bluetooth. Drop off in Denver was also very easy. I will be looking to Penske first for any moving needs I have.”
“People complaining about their lease experience. This stems from a lack of experience of how leasing works. If you lease your residence, at the end of lease, if it is not in the same condition as it was when you leased it, you will be charged. If you lease a car, you have to return it in a condition that leaves it sellable, or you will be charged. Success leasing is no different. Furthermore, had you taken the time to read your lease agreement rather than just pencil whipping it, you would have been well informed or the terms and conditions. Don’t blame Success Leasing for your inability to comprehend what you are signing up for!”
“Considering that I didn't have to react with a human being because it was a weekend, this wasn't an altogether bad experience.As an old guy with fat fingers navigating the cell app was a bit cumbersome but all in all picked up the truck I wanted, after hours and dropped it off with a minimal amount of difficulty. I'm sure if I did this regularly it would have been a lot easier.”
“Lots of trucks in the lot but the lot is really small. So its difficult to move around in the parking lot. The staff was really nice and a human being. Uhaul uses online reservations and a customer service line. I will be using Budget again for all my moving needs.”

Having a huge heated garage to pull your truck or car into to load and unload into the incredibly clean units with total ease was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had moving, and I have moved a lot!! “I came in with the rear motor seal leaking I just had it replaced 6 months ago at another carrier dealer …a little to long for any warranty but they really did try to get me help from the other carrier dealer but had no luck … But they were really fair on the price for replacement on the seal so I had them to go ahead and fix it… I really do appreciate the help with the bill and trying to get me some help from the other dealer because my wife is starting her Radiation treatments and money is really tight for me and I had to make sure I had her covered with money and a place to stay for the next 5 weeks as she goes through her treatment…Because it’s over a hour from our house … and I really didn’t have the extra money to replace a seal I had just replaced 6 months ago…But these folks was really fair and I greatly appreciate y’all for that it has been a tough year for us…And a little break here and there helps more than you know because sometimes it’s those little breaks that gives you the strength and hope to get through today in hopes of a better tomorrow thanks again Kevin…”
