Terrible customer service! The billing department is horrible! Prices are way too high. Many places in town that are less expensive. Doctors send you there without giving any options, but there are plenty. It pays to shop around.

I had a scheduled appointment for 11:00 Oct 7th. There on time signed in on the kiosk but come to find out it wasn't working properly. Then told the short black woman I had an appointment at 11 she said no you don't. She needs more training her bedside manner sucks. No reason for me to lie. Then the older white lady was very pleasant got done what needed to be done

It was quick, they were nice, they did the draw in 1 shot and from arriving to leaving took about 15 minutes.

The company overall has poor customer service! Because my employer didn't give me what time frame they gave drug tests they do not accept responsibility that the automated system doesn't say anything about the times available. Drug screens you can't make appointments for anyway, the automated recording doesn't tell you that either. Walk ins only for drug screens. Drove 45 min to get the test/screen and was told well sorry. Also 2 other facilities that are listed online DO NOT do drug screens for employers

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I had a perfectly delightful experience. Doctor called in orders, they were able to get me in within 5 minutes, and everything was done within 10 minutes.

I had a blood test they had to change codes for one particular test ,my doctor's nurse then called me an said they couldn't get through the person treating me gave their personal number and mailbox was full and my doctor's office couldn't leave a message. Now I have to return for another.

I was told my bill would be $200 for labs and I got a bill for over $1,000. When I called to see what happened they said I was misinformed and that I had to pay the bill. When I asked for a compromise or solution they told me I could make payments over 5 months or let it go to collection and that it wasn’t their problem. So frustrating!

I called to pay my bill 4 separate times. The first two calls could not react anyone, I was hung up on the third call while asking questions, and then left on hold to transfer the call for 30 minutes. Will not use or recommend this company. Ever.

As a provider it is impossible to get a hold of ANYONE to place lab orders, get results, schedule an appointment. Everything is automated and cannot speak to a live person. Our clinic tries to avoid this company anymore. SERVICE it TERRIBLE. even reading the past negative reviews online- the response from QUEST is automated! HORRIBLE

My lady has small vains and she had to go 2 times the first time the lady was named Laura. I think but super nice and she did fantastic and didn't hurt my lady's arm . And then she went again was a other lady and she seemed to do a fantastic experience both times . And if the names isn't right. I will find out and edit the review.
