Not sure how to rate this. But...this place is listed as a location that buys guns. It's a pawn shop. Why wouldn't they?It's not exactly easy for me to traverse this town, don't have a car. So, when I shove a pump-action into my backpack and trudge all way to this place, only to walk in and be told, "Sorry, we don't deal with guns." When it's advertised right here that they do, in fact, deal with guns. It's a little more than frustrating. I'll give'em a 2. 1 extra star cause I'm not sure if this is their fault or Google's. I just know that I had to lug a shotgun around town, on foot, and all for nothing. And I'll be damned if I'm the only one put out by this.Hey, check your store description, or whatever you need to do. Cause Google is telling people that your store does things that it apparently doesn't do. Also, it's a pawn shop, why aren't you dealing with guns again?

If I could give this place a zero star I would let’s just start there first of all I bought a oculus from this place just for it to be broken and a Apple Pencil, which they let set and no longer worked but yet they sold it to me anyway just to make a quick buck this place is honestly trash and with trashy employees one in particular, he thinks the whole world is below him and no matter how nice you talk to this person they will 100% treat you like trash and when you turn around and try to give them a second chance to try to help you out in a time that you need a little bit of cash and actually use their pawn services all they’re going to do is low belt you 100% on the price because they will not work with you So if I was used a far away from this place, do yourself a favor go to Eagle Pawn and jewelry You’re actually treated like a person and not a pile of scum that is beneath you!!!!

They fail to do proper research before pricing anything and then try to sell items for twice what they actually cost

Literally the best customer service. Couldn't take my items but gave advise on how to get them sold and what I can expect as far as price. If I ever have anything of actual value I'll Def be taking them here

don't go here if you are wanting to sell or pawn items. I went in with a wedding band that is worth well over $1000 with the receipt and everything from there and they told me it wasn't even worth buying for any amount of money. I also told them I had a TV and an old cassette player and a track as well as a Sega genesis of which they said none of them were worth any money. these people do not understand the worth of items and are only trying to rip people off

Well they're constantly closed when they say they're going to be open and today it costed me money part of it's my fault part of it's their fault because they weren't open I got out and I dropped my phone ended up stepping on it and wrecking it this is the third time I've been there twice to pick stuff up and they weren't open and now another time to bring something in I'm done with these guys

Over priced games, he looked up every game on eBay and added extra to the total! Even though he has price tags on the games. They were very rude and wasn’t willing to work any deal! Came to buy not pawn but will never come back! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! NOT !!
